This was the best fajitas Ive ever had. There was a problem with one piece of the meat and Nelda made it right. She took great care of us. Our server Victor was also amazing. Very kind..attentive and knew just what to suggest. We will most definitely be returning. Great food!! Great service!!

Delicious food and wonderful staff!!! Visited this location at recommendation of a visitor center service (Farmers Branch) and it did not disappoint!! On a Saturday night the restaurant was quite full with a 15-20 minute wait but we got seated at the bar right away. I had low expectations of bar service in a big place like this but Milton and Alexandra blew jt out of the water!!! Not only did they give great food recommendations, but they also worked so well as a team to take care of us. We never sensed any competition of lack of communication between them...they were a team. Milton and Alexandria brought our food promptly and the serving sizes were plentiful. They cleared our plates and refilled our drinks before we even knew we needed it. We asked to see their manager, Keith, to tell him how great Milton and Alexandria are as well as the food. Would recommend the quest with beef, Plato Del Mar (shrimp and beef), corn tortillas and Cajeta! Big portions at a great price!

Very good Mexican food. Tortillas made fresh all day. Many options to choose from. I had the Tulum while my colleague gets his favorite, the Coronado. Standard Mexican feel for a chain restaurant. The fresh tortillas being made in the restaurant was different and refreshing. Made the traditional way, no. But something you don't see too often. Try them out to make your own decision.

Alexandria was an amazing host. She ascertained satisfaction and built rapport with our party. There were many of us and share didn’t break a sweat. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Awesome place to eat. Great food. Lovely atmosphere.

Apart of the Papps Restaurant chain. Came for a birthday dinner was seated quickly. Service was good and our server was attentive for the place being packed. Food is typical Tex-mex and they make homemade tortillas in house. Recommend the quesadillas and chicken enchiladas. Suggestion would be to not have the tortillas maker next to the bathrooms.

The food was great, we got the ribs and shrimp combo. The meat was very tender and the flavor was delicious.
The atmosphere is vibrant and happening. However, it was a lil loud, so it was hard to hear each other.

Visiting here from GA to play at the 2023 Pickleball Nationals and Carlos from the Farmers Brach visitors bereua recommended this place. We sat the bar, and was served by Milton and Alexandria. Outstanding teamwork from those 2! Plus, we tried their recommendations, and it was all super delicious! The queso appetizer was my fave. The coconut icecream was super yums. The way they all helped us with the food and how to eat it the way locals did was great. The cleanliness of the restaurant was great, and the thoroughness of how they cleaned our table in between courses was exemplary. Great team, great leadership. We also had the opportunity to talk to Keith, the gen mgr, and he was appreciative and helped me feel better about being comfortable as a military veteran.

During our visit, the food was so amazing, we had to go back a second time. Honestly speaking, the first time the cooks completely messed up our order, well they did so on the second time as well. However, the manager and the servers were on top of it and got everything straightened out. This is definitely probably going to be a routine place that we patronize

Always a favorite. Food service is always excellent and the food is simply delicious! High quality ingredients and you can definitely taste it. I highly suggest Papasitos grilled skewer and the fried ice cream. There is always a wait but it is well worth it. The best real flour tortillas..

ONE OF MY TOP 5 FAVORITE TX RESTAURANTS I love the crunchy taco so much! It's like a gourmet version of your at home crunchy taco kit, and the strawberry margaritas are the best treat. First stop every time I'm in Dallas!! (Airport or otherwise)

LOVE Pappasito's and am so happy I got to have lunch here today! We arrived right around 11AM and was able to get a great parking spot and seated as soon as we went in 🙂 We ordered fajitas for two- steak and chicken and it came with sides of rice and beans for both of us. Their fresh chips and salsa was delicious too.

Britney is the best manager and has incredible customer service. We were an unexpected big party for the night and understood the surprise to the staff. Britney however handled the situation very well and took care of our family and other incoming customers. Food and service was great, thank you Britney.

Really seemed to have polite and attentive staff. Our group of seven did not have a long wait to be seated at 7pm on a pleasant Saturday night. However, getting our food and later dessert did take too long. We finally asked for the dessert,"to go." A "to go" soda never arrived, and the 15 year old never had Happy Birthday sung to him. 0therwise, the environment was clean and comfortable. The restrooms were clean, and the food was very well prepared.

Everything was great. There were waitresses in training and was supervised and when she made a mistake it was quickly corrected. The trainers of them were very courteous and treated trainees with dignity and respect! I definitely will return when I come back to Dallas. I am from Tyler

Scott at the Lombardy location hands down provided me and my family with the best experience that we’ve had in a restaurant in a long time. Our food was delicious and he kept our glasses full. He checked on us and just his overall demeanor made us feel like it was about us. Thank you Scott and because of you will be back and ask specifically for you. Jackson he should be a manager in hospitality and do all the training for the new hires.Scott was so refreshing I can’t even put into words.

Very disappointed. The hostes assumed my wife didn’t speak English. My wifes tamale was under cooked. My daughters shrimp tacos were dry. My quail was over cooked. We did not get offered desert. I used a gift cards worth $120 and the waiter tried to keep the balance. My bill was $71. Had to wait around for him to come back and corrected.

It’s just a average place. I really think it’s overpriced for the quality. There’s a lot better places to get Mexican food in Dallas. We were in the area and traffic was horrible so we decided to stop and eat and let traffic die down. The service was good.

I absolutely love Pappasitos. The staff at the northwest hwy location are excellent. The manager that we had yesterday was the bomb. He saw a need and he took are of it. He went over and beyond and I love good customer service. The drinks were on point as well as the food.

We had the chicken fajitas. Rice was little on the dry side. Churro beans were under cooked and crunchy. Cheese sauce was bland.
The chicken was juicy and oniins cooked well and the tortillas were good. I would go back to try something else.

Had the caradona shrimp, enchilada & taco dinner with beans and rice. Was in town from Little Rock and my friends meal and my meal way too salty. Other than that, everything else was delish.
