Amazing BBQ the beans are fire and brisket is very juicy and have nice bark. I will say that the ribs were a little dry but off course if we put the sauce on there it’s amazing. Recommend for sure top 3 in downtown area.

Always a great dinning experience. Clean, delicious food, friendly staff.

Overall, it’s good BBQ. I’m sharing the baked potato because it was about the size of a football and gave me the Itis which is exactly what I had hoped for.

Clean, dining area, friendly staff, and great food! Their sliced brisket is amazing, not too fatty and not too lean, just perfect and the bark is sooo tasty. Their baby back ribs were tender and flavorful with lots of meat on the bone, worth the price. The baked beans were excellent too. My boyfriend and I both loved everything we tried and will definitely be back the next time we visit Dallas.

I found this place by accident. I was driving past it, and the name of the business caught my attention. I made a uturn, came inside, ordered mac and cheese and chopped brisket and buddin balls. All 3 were amazing!! The brisket really stood out to me due to the flavor. I'm going back tomorrow to get some more awesomeness. Great food for sure!

Friends from out of town came in so when in Dallas BBQ is the place. When you drive up, know that it's located in an awkward location and parking is more available on one side. As you walk out of your car, THE SMELL, is there (NOTE: You know you're gonna smell like the place when you leave). When placing the order, you walk to the counter to order. The menu basic but we ordered 2 racks of ribs 1.5 pounds of brisket, some sides and drinks. They have 4 TV's for your viewing pleasure and there is one bathroom in the middle. The order was brought to us with wheat bread. The ribs and brisket had that rich smoke taste. The ribs had the caramelized rub on the outside and they were cut different than the regular spread ribs. The cook saw our order and recommended the family pack but we stayed with the regular cuts. The final was $146 bucks but the portions were small for our group. We had some pecan pie and peach cobbler but it tasted mass produced. This was a good place and good customer service. If in the area, drop in just be careful not being chased by dogs when you get home

The BBQ was so good, you didn't need sauce. The meats were tender and flavorful. Try the fried corn, fried okra and the boudan for a different taste. 😋 The desserts are good as well.

Courteous, is the first thing that comes to mind. The store was closing when me and my friend stopped by, the owner took our order. I stepped outside to take a phone call and the young man brought us our order, I checked to see if the sauce was in the bag and it was (he even offered to go get more and I declined). The food was excellent, hearty portions and you DEFINITELY want to know WHO MADE THE POTATO SALAD OMGGGG it was DELICIOUS!!! Worth the money, trip and time. The barbecue literally comes off the bone.

Had lunch @ Off the Bone today and we left very satisfied. I had the two meat combo (ribs and chicken wings) with mac & cheese and coleslaw. It was all good! My husband had brisket, pulled pork and sausage and he loved his food as well. There was no wait to order and our food was brought out to us pretty quickly. The location is nice and neat, the girl who took our order was very friendly and helpful and we can't complain. If you're in the area it's def worth a stop in.

This was the best BBQ PLATE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! This picture the best way I could describe it😂 I said let me support a black business today and that was 1 of the best things I could’ve done all day today! Thank you for this plate and God bless the cook.🙏🏾

Best fountain drinks in town and it pairs well with the brisket, tater salad, and baked beans oh my goodness. It was a special treat. Nice staff, clean facilities all at the edge of downtown. Get there early b/c parking is adequate but there's almost always a crowd.

My go-to order is the loaded fries with sausage. The fries are dressed similarly to a loaded baked potato and it is DI-VINE!
Recently, we ordered pound cakes from them for an event. I'd never tried it before, and let me tell you, I WAS NOT disappointed. I will definitely have to add this to my order the next time I come for my fries.

Hands down the best barbeque in all of Dallas. The spicy fries specifically were amazing (and ACTUALLY spicy unlike some places). The meat was sooo tender and juicy. And the staff is very friendly. Definitely will be back! Very cool spot in the Cedars. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite. Mind you we’re from, Chicago yeah we have bbq spots but…… the food was GOOD!!! The Baked beans and potato salad was very tasty. My ribs literally fell off the bone. I recommend this place. I will visit again. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Off the Bone.
