This was my 1st time trying velvet taco and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Tacos were very flavorful! I also love that they have vegetarian options!!!! Staff was pleasant, prices are decent and food was fast, will certainly be back!
Solid 4 stars. Tacos were delicious as usual. Atmosphere was good for business group gathering. Service was quick and courteous too.
Looked out on google for a different place to have lunch... and found this place with good google reviews on their creative tacos mixes from food around the world. The food was good, although some combinations tasted weird on a taco, not bad... just weird. The corn appetizer was superb... brisket
I recently dined at Velvet Taco on Elm Street in Dallas, Texas, and it was a delightful experience. My favorite taco was the Angus Brisket Taco, which was an absolute flavor bomb. The tender brisket combined with the unique toppings made for a mouthwatering treat. Moreover, the service was exceptio
Ordered a large to go order to bring back to the office for a team lunch. When I arrived our order was prepared on time with all of the utensils and sauces we needed. Sebastian thought of everything and was very friendly. The entire team enjoyed the large variety of tacos they tried. I will definite
We only had a few free evenings in Dallas. We went to Deep Ellum for bbq but a large part of the neighborhood was out of power. We lucked into finding the Velvet Taco on our walk back to our hotel looking for a restaurant with power. It was trendy, cool art to check out. Pretty steady with customers
Tacos were delicious!!!! I must go back!!! Mexi-Cali shrimp taco was the best!!!!! I also had the sweat chile shrimp and chimichurri steak taco, both were great but the Mexi Cali one was the best!!
This place is awesome!! So many flavors of Tacos and they are all amazing! Great food and great service! Their guacamole is on point!!!
We got the buffalo chicken, chicken and waffle, rotisserie chicken, and Cuban pig taco. Each taco was delicious and flavorful. My personal favorite is the chicken and waffle taco. The red velvet cake was super moist and tasty.
Went here a few weeks back when we were visiting the area. I ordered the salmon and shrimp tacos and my husband had the buffalo chicken with chips and salsa. The tacos were delicious and the flavor combinations they have are unique. I enjoyed the salsa too it was good and spicy.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this incredible taco shop, and I must say, it was an experience that left me absolutely delighted. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by the warm and friendly manager, Phillip, whose hospitality truly set the tone for the entire visit. Phill
Having heard a lot about this chain, I stopped to get a Paneer Tikka Taco, and may I say that it definitely held up to its reputation. Although a single taco for $5? Yeah, not so easy on the wallet. But do go for it, if you spot a store wherever you are.
Absolutely amazing! Unique menu with mind altering blends of flavors. Presentation is not only superb, but also organized in a manner that allows smooth operations for the chefs making magic in the back! Oh yea i said chefs. The charismatic genius marketer taking your order will utilize her descrip
I got the Rotisserie Chicken Taco & the Brisket & Cheesy Potatoes Taco. Both were great, but the Brisket Taco was my favorite. It had just the right amount of spice for me. The service was friendly and quick. The only weird thing was that you need to enter a code on a keypad to use the bathroom. R

Velvet taco on Elm street is such a great place. The food is so delicious. The staff and their service are great. I love it here!!❤️
This Velvet Taco location is just east of Downtown Dallas. With inside and outside seating, you get the urban feel and the same great tacos. The spicy Tikka Chicken and Fish n' Chips are a couple of my faves, with generous portions of chicken breast and white flaky fiah.
It was quite tasty! My husband, daughter and I stopped here on our Friday hangout night and it was good..I did feel like the pricing was a bit steep....but it was tasty.
