Chicken was really good but service and atmosphere could use some work. The chicken was just prepared and it arrived relatively quickly. The fries were spot on.

Of the Chick fil A's this is the probably largest. It's a little loud but not overwhelming. They're really fast there. My meal was hot. I'll likely return the next time I'm in town.

This is the very first time I've had their Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. It was so very tasty, with the maple syrup poured on it.

This is one of my favorites Chick fil A’s but it’s weird that they just throw food that has not been touched away. I asked for a large fry and it was halfway filled. The medium fries are always to the top falling out filled so I asked if they can put more in. The young man took the bag and threw it in the trash….. 🧐 now why would you waste that food when you could’ve just let me have it or add more fries. They did the same when I ordered a medium Mac and cheese and they gave me a small, they trashed the Mac that wasn’t opened instead of just giving it to me or a homeless person. That part never makes sense. The corporation or general manager gotta do better. That’s the weirdest thing about this place. Food is always good but stop wasting freshly made, untouched food.

I live in walking distance so I order here way to often. The service has improved significantly and they even brought back saying “My pleasure!” My only complaint, anytime I order a the grilled chicken sandwich the top bun is dry and breaks apart.

So glad they put this Chick fil A here. I come to take a break here when I’m cleaning windows at the other side of the building. Always clean and Joshua does an amazing job running this location!

Being in one of the most busiest areas of downtown Dallas, this location is impressive! Employees are courteous. I typically arrive almost every day during the lunch rush, and I must say the service is exceptional. Recommended

Newest Chick-fil-A in the area (opened in January) and so beautiful! Staff was very kind and friendly at 7am. I ordered coffee and 2 fruit cups. I love the modern look of this location. It will be my regular stop on my way to the office.
