The food is so good! The pizza is the best. And the crispy wings are great. I highly recommend stopping here to order food! The service was good. And the food came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. They do allow smoking inside the bar, so just keep that in mind (that's the only downside). Aside from that, it's a great place to stop.

Always a great time. Good people, good music, great place to play pool or shoot darts and the shuffle board is a huge plus, and the food is amazing, huge selection. Staff is amazing, couldn't ask for a better time out with family and friends.

If you're a fan of Sicilian pizza Shady Side's Sicilian Pizza is unique and probably something you haven't tried. It's almost like a mix between a chicago deep dish and a Sicilian pizza. It's not quite as thick as a three guys Sicilian but for the way it is cooked its the perfect thickness. Recommend giving it a try if you haven't yet. It's top 3 on my list of Sicilian style pizza.

Nice spot, food was very good. Steak and cheese stromboli was very good. Our waitress Liz was very nice. Only reason for 4 stars was due to some of the other patrons playing the games were not very courteous. Had a feeling they didn't like us taking a table by the games even though we were there b4 them. Got a feeling of what I call "The Regulars" entitlement. Will go back for the food and good cold drafts🍻

The place was clean and good fresh beer on tap. Hot chicken wings were delicious. The only downside was they allow smoking and that really turned me off. I can't eat around smoke

Absolutely love this bar. One of few smoking bars left. The smoke has never been overwhelming. The pizza is the only pizza I've ever had that's as good as pizza perfect, yet legitimately half the price.
Staff is amazing, free juke box nights, and the owner once covered the entire bars tabs when I was there.
Seriously though, even if a smoking bar isn't your scene, treat yourself to take out on that fried pizza, you won't regret it!!

I'm here to review the pizza, since they put in their new takeout room, it just shows that they're serious about they're pizza. It's hands down the best fried pizza I've had; trust me I've had a lot. They have a crust on the side that you can actually grab; which is different for fried pizza, but a very nice touch. The sauce makes this pizza, it compliments the great crust and isn't too tart nor to sweet, just excellently crafted. And of coarse the cheese is great and always cooked to a golden brown. Just a great fried pizza that never disappoints.

Ok so here is the thing , I am not one for Sicilian pizza because I don't like American cheese on pizza. And it seems like 99% of all pizza places around northeast PA use it on Sicilian pizza. So when I was given a recommendation to go and check this place out I was a little hesitant when they told me what kind of pizza they had, but I did. They have two different kinds of square pizza Sicilian and Old Forge Style I tried the Sicilian. First things first when I went in to get the pizza I was greeted by the owner and he was very friendly, and he explained the difference between their Sicilian and Old Forge Style. Next i go back to the car and get my pictures of the pizza so i can show it to you being super fresh, and when I opened the box to take a pic of it, it looked like one of the best looking pizzas i have ever seen. But that means nothing cause it's all in the taste, when I tasted it I was blown away. It was so flavorful and the crust was cooked absolutely perfect, golden brown and they cook it in peanut oil to give it more of a taste. The cheese they use is cheddar and I was so happy about that. The sauce is a chunky style sauce that's why I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5. This is one of my top favorite pizzas. I will be going back there many more times.

Dorothy the bartender is awesome. Beer us cold, and food is good. Prices are average. Parking is ample. It's a clean establishment, and the clientele is ok. They have a couple of pool tables. It's biggest drawback is the location, not far from the Dallas Police Dept. But u know not to DRINK AND DRIVE
