Patrons can choose from a list of Red Leaf's signature salads -- featuring an assortment of greens and vegetables -- or customize one to fancy their taste buds.
The salads are chopped onsite, and can be mixed and blended with many different dressings. Want a little protein? Red Leaf offers several types of chicken (jerk, sweet and sour, etc.) as well as tuna.
The greens and vegetables are fresh, and are a meal in itself. Some of the ingredients are bought from local vendors.
If you're in the mood for something different and healthy, The Red Leaf Salad Company is a definite must. You can dine in or take a salad home.

These establishments always have a persistent level of quality that I can always expect regardless of location. Such consistency is very rare to see these days, and is very appreciated. All of their menu options are fresh, light, and come with the satisfaction of eating lots of veggies. Or proteins if that's your style. They have many options for many combinations of deliciousness. Their online ordering never disappoints me either. All around great service and great food

The locals were raving about this place. When i went in to here it took me a while to order. As i am not a salad person . But boy oh boy there portion sizes were big and alot of clean bowls were used ! At the end it was so yummy the spinach was very tastey and fresh along with the seasoning. I would go back again. Very filling

Very good salads. Can be expensive if you want a lot of toppings. The first five come with the salad and everyone after that is extra. Portions are huge! Place is clean and service is fast but my only complaint is it's so loud inside the place that you can barely hear the workers asking if you want something else on the salad or how much of an item. Thats why I gave it four stars.

Enjoyed a Burrito wrap. It's a little confusing with all the choices of lettuce, topping, and fillings. They have filling included in the base price and filling with an extra cost.
Overall, everything looked fresh!

We love this place. They make salads fun and delicious. Their portion sizes are very generous, and I love how they chop and mix the salad (if you choose). This places really makes healthy eating feel like fun, rather than a chore.

PLEASE READ!!! This place does not deserve anything less then 5 stars. I am from Chicago and it's a foodie city, you have to be perfect to survive there, let me tell you, Red Leaf in Dallas does beat Chicago standards. Fresh ingredients, organic produce, kombucha is the best I ever head. Extremely hard working and professional people. To manage this work flow, it's an art... Guys your are just great!!! If you like healthy food, Dont even think for a second, just visit and see!!!

Soooo good, they really have everything you could want on a salad. They can be pricey if you can't control throwing the kitchen sink at it like I always want to do. I would eat there everyday if I could afford to, lol (and likely turn myself into a modern Adonis in the process).

A great little salad shack with tons of options for fresh salad and wraps. The ingredients are not a exotic as something you’d see at Core Life, but you can make your own ancient grain bowls, salads, etc and customize to your choosing. Also, this is a LARGE portion! Prices are definitely comparable to other salad/sandwich shops in the area. We are lucky to have this place in the back mountain!

Today my woman and I ate there during their, "soft opening " ,and we were very satisfied! Everything was extremely fresh. The staff were very welcoming and incredibly accommodating, considering that it was a new experience for them, as well as us. Being surrounded by so many fast food alternatives, I consider this place a welcome oasis!
