Knuckle's Sandwich Shop

I got a togo order and they messed up our order they gave us pasta salad (that has nasty meat in it) instead of potato salad!!And they’re Ruben was horrible, the meat was thick and the the bread was burnt and soggy and some how they managed to burn the sauerkraut too. Some of they’re items are good but this place seems to be a hit or miss. I also tried calling them multiple times them to rectify the mistake but they are not answer the phone so that’s why I’m leaving this review. And the staff was extremely rude!!

Pretty cool spot to grab some lunch away from The crowds. Craft beer selection was on point. The waitress that was helping was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We had a party of 11 and the food came out in a timely manner. Once we got the food, we were very pleased. Big surprised finding such a delicious Cuban sandwich out here in GA. Thank you for the great food and service.

Delicious sandwiches. The Reuben is very good; it could use a bit more dressing though. The French onion grilled cheese with the au jus was sublime and the wife really liked the spinach mushroom. We went during COVID so we ordered to go but the woman who took my order was super friendly. The owner is half Cuban from south Florida so the Cuban sandwich is said to be the real deal...but we didn't try it.

What a great addition to the Dahlonega food scene. 5 stars on many levels. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgable and passionate about the beer and food. The food is unique and delicious. This ain't subway! Be ready to take home leftovers. Highly recommend. If the owner reads this I would recommend some homemade soups and a hot Italian type sub.

We ordered 4 sandwiches and waited. We started to think they made their own bread because it was taking so long. So we kept drinking our beers. So we waited and waited and waited. Our order was no where to be found. Once the order was taken and the beers delivered the waitress was never seen again until we decided to leave, hangry. Won't be back.

We left before we got our food because the manager was extremely rude. My sister brought food into the restaurant because she has health issues. When the manager noticed, he got in her face and yelled at her to get out of her chair and get out. It was so random and sudden that we thought he was joking at first, but it turned out he was totally serious. If he had a problem with her bringing food in, he should have spoken to her calmly and politely. I’ve never in my life seen a manager talk to a customer like that. I felt bad for the waitress though, because she was really sweet. Needless to say, my family and I won’t be returning.
