Best Taco Bell I have experienced since who knows when… a decade at least.
Taco shells were fresh and crispy and the filling tasted fresh, too.
The nacho chips (bellgrande)equaled their taco rivals in crispiness and flavor. Fantastic !
Four stars is the best I can give to a fast food restaurant, and they far surpassed my expectations for Taco Bell! I will be back.

Pays money for food only gets half. Not even warm and soggy. Waited almost an hour in the line for this while they weren’t even that busy. Worst Taco Bell around. Take your money to a different one.

Worst tacos ever. Spent $2.09 each for 3 of these chicken tacos. You should just put those items on a nacho chip. At least that way you may taste the chicken and cheese

Worst taco Bell experience I have ever had. Went to the drive through, placed my order. The girl stumbled on a few items so I asked her if she could repeat the order to me. She said she couldn't cause it wasn't rung up. And why did I need her to repeat it. She stated that she didn't have to repeat it because my food was sitting right next to her even though my food, "hadn't been rung up yet". She was the rudest most nasty person I have ever dealt with in a drive through. I didn't stop for my food, she probably spit in it. Horrible customer service.

Went there at 11:00 and they said the system's been down for an hour and they couldn't take no orders. But there was no signs nothing was shut down everything looked fine to me. I asked if the one on cedar lake was open if their system was up and they said they don't know well that would be the first thing you would do was call the closest taco bell to see if they were having a problem so I'm pretty sure it was BS

I ordered $20 worth of food, I said, No Sour Cream on Anything. Apparently, this location gives you what they want to. Not what the customers order. A little input, Customers are your $$$.Not the company. We live out of state and Can not just come back and bring the food back. Plus I ask for a receipt. It took 2 employees to load the paper . Never got a receipt after sitting there for about 10 mins.

I used to love going to taco bell late when I was hungry. Now I dread it because the service and quality here is so inconsistent.
Their customer support doesn't respond either, so I have to leave a bad review. Thank you to those who actually respect their job, and shame on those who are there to play on their phones and gossip.
