Starbucks

We had a big order and the girl behind the counter ( I did not ask for her name but she has long wavy hair) did an awesome job to make our drinks quickly. Despite the fact that there was a line she made sure to welcome everyone, but it would be great to have another worker during busy workday mornings. This location has a variety of pastry which made me very happy because I was craving for a ham and cheese croissant! This location was easy to find and very clean! Thank you!!

We ordered two coffees. One regular which I received right after payment and a latte which took 10 to 15 minutes. On-line orders were coming in and we were behind those. I find it bad customer service to make a customer who visits your store to wait that long. The on-line orders were piling up on the pick-up counter and as a result, our ticket got lost in the queue. It was a little rediculous.

i’ve always ordered the same drink and have never had a problem until now. my drink wasn’t even filled up all the way. however, i was told that i should have ordered the latte in order for it to be filled up, which i understood and didn’t really complain after. it was just the fact that i was just asking a simple question of why my drink wasn’t filled up, and a girl name Rylee rudely responded to me. if you’re having a bad day, don’t bring it out on the customer who’s asking a simple question. keep your snarky attitude somewhere else, because it’s very disrespectful, especially when i wasn’t being rude to this girl. overall, this Starbucks needs to hire better employees because previously, my mom even had a problem where they purposely ignore her while she was waiting to be served. this place really needs employees with better customer service.
