Chick-Fil-A food is always on point. This location is located right next to a Buffalo Wild Wings so parking is awkward. And in a large shopping center. We ate in and it was a week day so the wait inside was great.

The food is always exceptional but this particular branch leaves much to desire in terms of customer service. I ordered two sandwiches today, and noticed I only received one when I got home. I called and spoke with management and all they could do was offer a complimentary sandwich on my next visit. So now my wife and I will split this sandwich tonight for dinner, and now it’s on me to remember to go grab my already paid for sandwich on my next visit. This is not the customer service I am use to from a chic fil a.

Good food as usual. We always get the 30 piece nuggets to share as a family. Surprisingly, the chicken nuggets were all a decent size vs getting really small pieces that aren’t worth it & others that are small, medium & large. Fries were good as usual. Their chocolate shake is a must have according to my family. I’m obsessed with their peach shake without really peach pieces which is the best of the best & I wish it wasn’t limited time only. Only thing that sucked was my straw was broken! 😅 & that line is long!

I love Chick-fil-A. Huge fan. This particular location cannot handle the amount of patrons everyday. It’s sad. I have waited 40 minutes in the drive through lane. The only reason I decided to stay and not go inside was because I had 2 babies sleeping in their car seats. I found out the only way to get your food in an appropriate amount of time is to order on the app and tell the app you are at the restaurant 10 minutes before you actually are and go in the restaurant and grab it.

Worst chick fil a experience ever. I had done a pickup order because last time I went and gone through the drive through it took almost an hour. So I had hope it would be fast with a mobile order. However I was wrong. I went inside and the workers were moving like molasses. It looked like they were doing a bunch of nothing. They would make eye contact and not say anything. Just kinda gave dirty looks (and they were about to have the wrong one). They weren’t taking orders after getting a big line. While they had a big line and no one was taking orders or saying anything to the customers in line, I saw one person filling up ice, another person bringing a fork to another chick fil a employee who looked like they were on break and then they were just walking back and forth around the back of the counter (and it was slow walking without any initiative). The whole screen was red. All the customers looked unhappy. Big line in front of cashiers, on pickup order side, and are delivery driver entrance. You would think it was because of drive through, but that was even worse. After waiting some time I decided to ask how long until my order was ready which I should have done at the very beginning because when I did a girl employee went to check and brought my food (that had been ready back) to me. I’m not sure what is going on. This is honestly surprising for a CFA because one expects their food to be out quick and for atleast great customer service such as greeting. Instead you have employees that lack drive and doesn’t seem like they want to be there. Idk maybe y’all need to pay them more or get new ones or something. Deff will think twice before visiting this location again which is sad because it’s the closest one. But oh well.

Well I have not been to this place in a while. I order a cookies and cream shake. Other than expensiveit was very small. I wonder when they drop in size. They used to be bigger. Small and expensive, no, I am not going back to this place anymore. Very disappointed.

Every single time we visit this location they leave part of our order out. Sometimes it a side like a fruit cup or fries other it’s an sandwich. Today it was my child’s entire kids meal. We will not be back to this location. Double check your order if you go. Also, beware that the drive through line goes around the building twice! It will take at least 30min! No thanks!

Absolutely the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to compared to surrounding areas. I will drive to gulfport from now on when my family wants to eat here. First off the employees are not friendly at all. Not a welcome to Chick-fil-A, hi how are you, thank you, have a good day......NOTHING! Second, we sat in the drive thru line almost 40 mins, if we hadn't ALREADY PAID and actually had a way to GET OUT, then I would have left. Then after sitting there so long, we get our food for 7 people stuffed in ONE huge bag! We pull out and go to sort through everything and of course we are missing a drink, a large fry, my sauce, and the fries were cold. $56 spent to get that kind of service and not all of our food. After sitting there 40 mins they could atleast make sure we had everything in our bag. Will not return this establishment. I understand they are a busy place but I've never received service like this at any other location.
