Pepe's Bosque Mexican Grill

The food was served hot and tasted well. Some of the best salsa I've had too. 4 stars as it was very disorganized. We saw 4 seperate hostess' and they all were confused about who was next in line and there was a quite a line. The wait staff changed on us a few times too. It was not the usual method of customer service and seemed very odd. Not sure if the chaos was normal it situational. I'd return and see however.

The salsa and chips were the best I've had in Mississippi. I had steak fajitas and the meat was tender and flavored perfectly. My sister ordered thr Poblano Pepper and a cheese enchilada on the side. The Poblano was perfect but the enchilada was cold upon arrival. We sent it back with a waitress and she brought it back and it was still cold and it was the same one that we sent back. Our waiter came by and we told him about it and my sister was ready to give up but he took it back and came back with a fresh hot enchilada and apologized profusely. He was the hardest working person in the place and the nicest.
