Newk's Eatery

First time and enjoyed our food, we got it for takeout and it was more than we expected. We'll try to dine in next time. The potato soup was very watery, but the Mac n cheese was very good, the pasto sandwich was delicious and the steak sandwich was good too, the fruit salad was fresh and the pasta salad had a lot of flavor. Perhaps the soup was watery because it wasn't stirred, maybe. We'll try it again next time. Overall, it was great though.

The young little black lady was very helpful, great customer service. She is fit for the customer service industry and can tell she has great work ethic. The pizza is everything I was thinking it would be , my husband and I both enjoyed our meals . We are from Florida , so it was our first time eating here.

We arrived just before 8pm on a Friday, and they weren't too busy. They close at 9pm. My wife ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, and I got the cheesesteak sandwich. Both were very tasty and we'd come back again. Only one thing, the cashier that took our order seemed kind-of annoyed by our presence, and wasn't pleasant at all. That's why rated 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don't treat your customers like you wish they'd leave.

The employee did not hand off the entire order to the Uber Eats man. He was nice enough to run back. It arrived cold but still very tasty with fresh ingredients. 5 stars due to everyone attempting to make it right. The manager apologized and said he would make a new one, but I guess Uber got the cold one instead.

Newk's is actually a really nice place just to be inside of, let alone dine here. The moment I walked in, my eyes were immediately captivated by the vibrant selection of colors that were used in their plan to appeal to the customer's eye. Their menu is on a particular wall inside, and is fairly large. I stood there indecisively, like always, took in everything more than once before selecting something - the Lobster & Crab Bisque. The only ingredient in the bisque that was large enough in size to determine were a few chopped up pieces of green onion. Let me tell you: between the combination of those little pieces of green onions and the creamy concoction of awesomeness that they made of lobster, crab, etc, I already couldn't wait for Bite #2!! I felt like that dog on that old commercial for bacon-flavored dog treats, where he eats one and goes, "BACON! BACON! GOTTA HAVE MORE BACON!!!" 😏
