Hard Working Employees, Nice, Friendly, They we're working hard. What's Nice is when they have employees who speak Loudly and clearly and friendly when takin your order. Came in to eat on this day 04/02/2022. This visit I seen an all around well oiled machine.
The young lady who took our order could teach customer service at the corporate level. Very personable, has eye contact, smiles, engages, says "thank you," "you're welcome," "have a beautiful day," etc. Perfect. Perfect.
That is all.
No onder this place has a less than 4star review. The managers cannot seen to run a shift. When you order online to have the order ready for you to pick up ...and show the managers and cashier's the confirmation of the order .....they look at you like you had a disease. This is ridiculous. A simple
Food is good..but the drink counter was very dirty. Sticky. All counters had stuff on them floor needed mopping. I know they are very busy . Maybe they need more help to keep things tidy.
I ordered a 20 piece nugget and an unsweetened iced tea at the drive through. I was asked to move to spot #1 to wait. After 13 minutes, I was brought nuggets that are room temperature. No hint of warm anywhere. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because of the friendly staff.
Some times they gets it right some times they gets it wrong…but at least they’re cheep and fast. P.S. when I ask for no pickles on my kids burgers I mean NO pickles. Them things end up on the floor of my truck…gunna start saving them in a jar and give them back to y’all 😑
Very busy location but standard MCD. It was ok, nothing to brag about. It is a hazardous area due to the complex's driveway systems. The design and congestion makes a very strenous journey. MCD franchisee might talk to the complex owners to do a survey of accidents and how to prevent them.
