Not open yet. Great location and very easy to get to. Will look forward to getting Mcgriddles when they do open! 😁

SLOW. I am not sure if they decided to open without training their staff. Waited in lane 1 for 10 minutes because the person on the speaker kept saying “one moment please”. So I watched as 5 cars went through in the second lane. Got tired of waiting so I switched lanes and was helped immediately. If only one person is on the drive thru speaker just keep one lane open to keep a steady flow . I’m sure it will get better as they only been open for about a week but it is pretty frustrating

Gave 2 stars because the food was normal McDonald's quality, but the customer service was horrible. The girl at the register was rude and ignored any questions we had. The ice wasn't working and we asked for some in our cup but she ignored us and walked to the back. The manager was no help and just came out to say they didn't want any problems, but I guess didn't want to help either. Luckily there was another lady there working who saw what happened and did help everyone waiting out. Its bad enough when you have a bad employee but even worse when the manager is no help either.

This is a typical McDonald’s in terms of service and quality. It is very uniform pretty much anywhere you go. The wait times are a bit longer than most other local McDonald’s restaurants though. Of course, the portions continue to get smaller and the prices keep creeping up. It impressed but not horrible either. Just McD’s.

Updating my review, I've been 3 times since the new store opened and each time the service is beyond TERRIBLE. Not sure what happened to the old staff please bring them back!
-----I drive a little bit out of the way to this location for my daily coffee. All employees I've interacted with are pleasant, my coffee is made to order (I typically use the mobile app), and the drive through moves quickly.

Service was very poor and burger made very sloppy. Nuggets were very dry and Spicy Chicken Sandwich was missing the sauce. Drive thru order taker person was rude. My wife requested Sweet N Sour sauce and she said they were out. When my wife asked what other sauces were available, she said “Everything except Sweet N Sour!” in a rude, sarcastic attitude. When pulled to receive order, employee (who looked like the manager on duty) just quickly handed it to her and quickly closed the sliding window. No greet nor “Have a great rest of the Evening!”

I work in the store and ordered a takeout last Saturday Two items were missing, but a waiter in blue insisted that it was right and threw the bag to me for inspection. I didn't give it back until another waiter checked it. No one said sorry.

Giving it a 1 star just because the manager here very rude front counter the guy name robert doing his job trying to help out and get orders out and she comes out of nowhere screaming at him telling him he needs to be in front counter and also screaming at other employees, she needs to find another job or something thats not the way to lead a crew smh

I am so frustrated with this place. My kids love it and earn French fries. I have the app and every time there is a free ice cream coupon their machine is broken. It then is miraculously fixed the day after the coupon expires!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I just went through the drive thru at your location. I tried to call the number on the receipt twice, no answer. So, here I am trying to resolve the matter via a Facebook review...
I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour sauce for my daughter. (Just an FYI-I'd never purchase food from McDonalds if I didn't have a kid!) When I got to the window and was handed the bag of food, like usual, I went through it to make sure everything was in it. No sweet and sour sauce...go figure and it's not the first time this has happened at this location. So, I asked the guy working the window for a sauce packet. He grabbed one, before he handed it to me he yelled back at the person who packed my food to see if they had put one in the bag. He himself never looked in the bag! He said there is one in there. I'm telling him otherwise and proceed to pull everything out of the bag to show him. He is positive it's in there, arguing with me that he confirmed it with the person who packed the bag, who he reports to me is the manager. He keeps telling me he had a woman tell him the same thing last night and the sauce ended up being in the bag. I told him that I'm not that woman and it's not in the bag. He says at this point, "if I look in the bag and if it's in there..." I once again showed him the empty bag and my hands full of everything else that was in the bag. At that point he tried to toss the sauce packet into the empty bag that I am holding out my truck window, I took it from and packet everything back up. I told him he should be fired for that.
1st of all...if a customer says something is missing from their order should the person behind the counter argue with the customer or make it right? It's just a packet of sauce!
2nd...over a packet of sauce?
3rd...why did I have to prove it to him and he still didn't believe me. I never left the window to go hide the evidence.
4th...fine, a 6 piece meal comes with one packet of sauce. I'm ok with that. But if it's not in the bag, DANGIT...give me one or I'm going to catch heck when I get home because the kid doesn't have the sauce she needs to dip her nuggets into. And remember, this kid is the ONLY reason I'm at your drive thru window to begin with.
5th..."if I look in the bag and if it's in there..." Was that a threat? Over a packet of sauce?
Come on McDonalds! You are better than this.
