Review Sonic Drive-in - Cypress

Overall it was ok. The lady taking my order got a tone with me when asked a question about subbing a drink. I got a kids meal and she got confused when I wanted to make the drink a medium size cherry limeade. Instead of a kids meal drink. I ended up with a kids meal cup of cherry limeade a medium cup of limeade and a the shake I ordered. It could have been so much easier, but whatever. The shake was amazing. It was very hot out so the cold drink hit the spot

We ordered 2 combos, and chicken 5 piece only. Everything was hot and cooked well. Our order had a lil problem with the drinks, a few were wrong. The lady who brought the correct ones out to us was very apologetic and kind. Mistakes happen, it's all about how you handle things. She got it right! 😊

The car hops are nice but they are either stretched thin or just don't care to answer any questions or get orders correct. Tried to order ice cream and didn't see size options so before I could even ask her have me my total and left me hanging. Ended up with a very small not full cup of ice cream 🤷The week before I ordered an extra long coney with no chili, add mustard and onion... Got my order and it came out with chili and no mustard or onions. The car hops read the order she was giving me but that's not what I got in the bag. Very frustrating when you get home and it's not what you ordered.

Longest wait ever and ignored completely. One employee told me it was my fault the order came out wrong. My order was “#2 with a coke”. That’s it. Only reason for two stars is after I had to go inside(from drive thru line), one lady was polite and apologetic. Avoid.

Second bad experience in a month. The first was I got no answer at the drive-thru intercom to order after several minutes. I thought maybe it was broken. There was a huge line of cars behind me so I drove to the front. Of course there was Major confusion and & after waiting awhile I decided to leave. I decided to try for a second time today. Again I could see the disorganization as I had to repeat my order three times with only 2 items. Then the total was wrong because it was 2:15 p.m. I had a slush so it should have been half price. Again I waited for a while no one came out so between that and the fact they were going to overcharge me there won't be a 3rd time

Used the app to make a custom order as I was heading out of town. They ignored my request and put mayo on my burger, which I cannot eat. Had to throw it away and buy from another burger joint, which I will have to do from now on, I guess.

Usually have good experiences here but today my limeade was nasty and the cheddar peppers were cold and stale. I'd already left but you know how it is asking people to remake things anyways..

Found a cockroach in my popcorn chicken and the location nor does corp think this is an issues.
