Review Sonic Drive-in - Cypress

The food was great; it took a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait; everything tasted great! The lady cashier was very attentive even though after I ordered, I had to add add a shake at the window. We were very pleased!

Pass. No carhop stall ordering. When I pulled up, my stall and several others had already had the red button pressed. Found out why when I went to another stall - lady told me to go through the drive through, that was the only way they would accept orders (location is also not accepting mobile ordering through the app). Well the drive through had 10+ cars in it, going past where I sat in a stall. No thanks. Didn't even get to order, just left. Considering the other reviews, I probably would have had cold mozzarella sticks at that. If this is a franchise, check up on your employee work flow. This is not acceptable.

Guys, been eating here a long time off an on. Never had this problem before tonight, but your fry/tater tot grease is rancid. Absolutely needs to be changed. None of us could eat the tots

Ordered online. Got to location. Set my stall # and waited. And waited. No one ever came or responded. Went to the drive thru. The person said something and never came back. 35 minutes later I just left. Tried to call the general manager with the number on the speaker. Left a message. Never responded. Complained online. Got an email saying they'll look into it. Never heard anything else. All of this is over $1.88 slushie....smh

Was hung up on twice before order was taken, 3 of the 5 items were incorrect, when I asked for the correct items I was given incorrect ones a second time. Gave them 2 stars only because they were fast in getting the incorrect food out.

This is the absolute worst sonic ever! The lady in the morning makes up her own rules and forces you to go through the drive thru, the mobile ordering is hardly ever working, and they are downright rude despite all of their other shortcomings. Find yourself a different sonic, it’s worth it!

Messed up my order at the box, 3x at the window and charged me for order and someone else's drinks on a seperate charge. Got my food and still wrong. I got 2 double cheeseburger with only meat, cheese,bacon. How hard is that?

We pulled into one of the stalls to order. After sitting there for over 20 minutes and realizing no one had come out to take our order, my son pushed the button a second time only to be RUDELY told they were only taking orders in the drive-thru, which had an extremely long line at the point. There were three other vehicles in stalls who were also angrily backing out and leaving at the same time as we were who were waiting a few minutes prior to us pulling up!

This place is terrible... I sat at a drive in booth for 30 minutes and every time I pushed the button they would ignore it for a few minutes and then turn it off. Probably pushed the button a good 15 times and never got served. Left and went to Whataburger and got my food in less than 5 minutes. Don't waste your time at sonic, just go to Whataburger!

I used to go to the sonic on HWY 6 but this one is closer - those guys said they usually go over on happy hour by a few minutes because they know people come there for. Wednesday of this week I went to this sonic and ordered a drink at 10:00 am exactly and was told morning drinks were over so paid the full price. With Hurricane Harvey coming I stopped after getting supplies - drive through was long so pulled into spot and was told only taking drive thru orders at 3:50 I got in line at 4:00 pm exactly ordered my drinks and was told happy hour had ended and my drinks were no longer half price. Always rude - I love sonic but HATE dealing with this location.

This location is consistently bad!! i have NEVER had a good experience here and the staff is awful, the food inedible and the order is always wrong.

No straw, no receipt, can't make change, orders wrong, & manager speaks no English! How convenient

I wish I could give this Sonic zero stars, heck NEGATIVE stars!! This morning I went through the drive thru, was the only car in line, ordered my DIET Dr. Pepper and DIET Coke. Got up to the window, the staff member took my money, and handed me my “Diet Coke and Dr. Pepper”. I kindly said that it needed to be Diet. She “changed” it to Diet. I get home and realize that my drink is in fact still regular Dr. Pepper. I get back in my car and drive back to Sonic. I kindly tell the lady that the drink isn’t Diet. She begins to ARGUE with me that she changed the drink and that it tastes that way bc she used the same cup and only dumped it out without washing it. Ok, fine. I ask for ANOTHER CUP with Diet Dr Pepper. She didn’t change the cup, she proceeded to do the same thing and just dump it out and fill it with DDP (correct this time bc WOW magically it tasted correctly). The whole time she’s mouthing to herself about me with her little attitude. I called the number at the window, no answer �� Bottom line ... DO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC. �

service is slow, the two cars behind me left before I was even acknowledged. The cars behind me only ordered Cokes, I had a milkshake and a blast. Not sure why it took so long for my order
