Review Mcdonald's - Cypress

It was of course McDonald's but again I don't know what's going on with French fries they're charging a fortune and then they don't give you any Look at the photo I'm going to post how can they say this is a large French fry when it's fairly enough to fill a small the bottom of the carton was needed open so it made it even smaller

Please put your jalapeños in clear containers, or at the very least, not in the chicken nugget containers. Someone must have gotten confused, because this is what I received. I ordered a 4 chicken nugget happy meal and another order of 6 chicken nuggets. It was not pleasant having to go through the drive thru and wait again in the middle of the lunch hour so this could be fixed.

Service here is so bad, waited in line and didn’t get what I ordered, got 4 things of fries? People were arguing outside the building and over the drive through about the staff. Crazy

Orders were correct but all our fries did not taste fresh. They were either undercooked or sat too long. Otherwise the rest of the food was fine

We tried the breakfast hack of egg mcmuffin with hash brown, and it was great. I wish I had thought of that years ago. Service was good and fast. This location is our go-to for McDonald's. There is one closer to our house, but this one does a much better good on the food and service.

Not sure if it was an app problem or a problem with the staff at this location, but we waited 15 minutes for our drive through order in the space they asked us to pull into to wait. We finally went inside to check, and they had no record of our order - even after they had given us our drinks and a receipt for our full order earlier! Several others were in the same situation. We finally got our order, but that was probably the worst experience we've ever had with a drive through fast food location.

Terrible service every single time. Lack of training, could not hear you through the speaker, the person taking the order through drive through is simply plain rude!

This place needs better management drive thru wait times are way longer then any other McDonald's

Literally just pulled off because 1. If one of your drive thru speakers doesn’t work y’all should probably put a sign up instead of just having people sit there waiting. 2. Whoever is working drive thru right now was just rude. I asked for a chicken sandwich and she said it’s not lunch time until 11. Ok cool, no biggie. Maybe y’all shouldn’t change the menu around before it’s time but whatever. Before I could even switch to order breakfast this trick rushed me off and said have a good day. I said I wanted to order breakfast and she didn’t even apologize for rushing me off. Girl bye. I just drove off.

"Uncooked meat �" is 1 main reason why you should go vegan or cook all your meals at home � McDonald's provided not 1 but 2 uncooked beef patties to my family today � it's sad when you not only have to check your order to ensure you received what you paid for but you have to check to make sure your meat is thoroughly cooked � eventually my entire family will be vegan or eating primarily at home � we normally do anyways but aye kids like eating out from time to time �
