The morning weekday staff is awesome and fast! The dinner time staff is lacking. They didn't know if I was in the drive thru or a stall, and I had to repeat my order multiple times. I asked for a drink holder 4 times! Please get it together!

The food was great. The staff was awesome. The only small complaint would be that they put the napkin in the bottom of the bag so it kind of had a little grease from the french fries / tater tots not a big thing but everything else was great

Thankful they are open late! Delicious quick food, sides, & a various selection of drinks! The lines move quickly. If not, someone is in training. They try to please.

1st strike.. 1st issue was few weeks back. My shake was wrong and i paid 4 extra add ins. 2nd strike.. I get a shake hot fudge w cookies. And they put damn peanut butter in it and that was after waiting 10 minutes and im the only one in line. They took my money and was in there just hanging like nobody was waiting.

I tried the croissant dog today, very disappointing. I expected a light and fluffy croissant bun, but the bun it came in was thicker and heavier than the Chicago dog bun. :(
It was like eating a 2-3 day old bun :( ICK

I go to this sonic all of the time and usually they get things right I have only had one other problem. However today when I went I ask for 4 of the $1.00 chili cheese dogs that are on special all this month along with other items, however when I got home and look at my bill, I was charged $7.96 for the hot dogs which is almost twice the price as advertised, guess I should check the bill next time........
