Review Marco's Pizza - Cypress

Pizza is great. Ordering from their website SUCKS! Finally drove to the store, ordered, and picked up. Prices were different. Young lady that took my order was great. Locatellis I apologize for going elsewhere. 😁

I love their thin pizza!! I think I've ordered it at least once a week for the past two months. The staff is always friendly, the place looks clean. Definitely recommend!!

Complete waste of my time. I stopped by for Lunch which I only have 30 minutes like rest of the world. Lost 15 minutes here. After reviewing menu, getting excited about what I want and ordering for me and friends I was told I had to pay with Cash. No sign on door and three guys behind counter two of which were goofing off. I said no one now a days carries cash so I decided to look up nearest pizza place which found 4 within 2 mile radios. I’ll never stop here again. Ettoré pizza nearby took good care of me, was quick and gave me extra cheese on the house.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The pizza is just gross. I specifically tipped in cash and xed out the tip line. Marcos than committed fraud by adding a tip. When I contacted the store, all they would do was to refund the tip. No big deal that they tried to steal from me. I will never order from them again. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. Reply to owner: I do not have a Twitter or Facebook account. Is there a number I can call?

We wanted to like this place because it's the closest, but this is multiple times in a row now that we get horribly cut pizza. It's nothing short of laziness and poor work ethic. Going to drive the few extra minutes to another place. Edit 5/6/21, I did give feedback to that website and never heard anything back. I believe we're done with Marcos.

Tried thin crust cheese....cheese so good. Yummy! It was delicious like all the other pizzas that i have tried. Quality is what I love about marcos. Other pizza chains don't even come close. Keep up the good work. Our family will always be there every weekend.

The place was smelling that bad that i had to tell the employee on blue shirt that i assumed was the supervisor. Instead of him to listen and correct d place. He got very angry and said i was rude about it for telling him how bad it was. He was so angry to the extend of him stamping d pizza order on the slab for me to take. He need to fix his behaviour for the image of Marcos. Its Marcos pizza on north fry road by MIRACOPA Drive less than half a mile from Rustic Lake drive . You can even check your CCTV footage to see what he did last saturday night.

I recently posted 5 stars and I believe I may have jinxed myself. I spent 5 minutes arguing with employees about my pizza being burnt. After requesting for another pizza, both employees decided to grunt and roll their eyes. Talk about good customer service. I refused to have them make me another pizza because it was evident they were having a bad night and evident they had a huge problem in doing so. As I proceeded to leave I almost got hit in the parking lot by the Marco’s delivery personnel. They were speeding and driving recklessly through the parking lot. For someone who orders out every weekend, I’m extremely disappointed in the staff tonight.

Better than Pizza Hut and Dominos!! Their pizza has a very good garlic butter crust and is seasoned very well. Cooked perfect every time.

Open on Monday during Harvey...THANK YOU! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our family loves Marco's Pizza!
