Waited 30 mins beyond my guaranteed wait time for a simple order of a few pizzas that we placed online. They did look short staffed, and it was a Friday night. I was waiting with around 4 other people for my order. They were apologetic and at least my order was hot and fresh when I got it, everything tasted delicious.

Normally never have any issues, but placed an order through the app for pickup, and never got notification that it was ready. Found out that the lady there put my items in the hot and ready area instead of the area to pick up online orders. Then tried to charge me for it when I had paid online already.

Little Caesars at Barker Cypress has the worse customer services, they let you wait they, pass around you and don’t even bother if you are going to place and order, finally you ask somebody to help and they came to you that if you place the order you have to wait more than an hour. This place don’t deserve 1 star
