Review Subway - Cypress

This subway is a JOKE. They act like the ingredients come out of their paychecks and have the snottiest attitudes. They have zero business working with the public.

Sweet older lady in this location alone during this ice storm shame on management for that. However she was very calm and effective fixing our sandwiches being short handed. I will definitely eat here again because of her customer service! Do better Subway with staff!

The most rude crew I ever encountered in subway restaurant, never going back.

The woman behind the counter at 1:25 today was absolutely out of line. My mask string broke as I was in line and she was pointing at the door telling me I had to go as I was trying to tie the two ends together. Wouldn't even let me speak as I was trying to explain what had happened. Even though I had pulled my shirt up over my nose. Such an overreacting person.

The Subway shop on Mason Road is something of a ritual for me. Every Saturday, like clockwork, I show up for lunch there. Service is always friendly, routinely fast. They make the best, and most varied, sandwiches. And they are far cheaper than nearby competitors. Breakfast menu available before 10 AM. Try the Turkey and provolone on Italian herb and cheese loaves. It's terrific!

I drive for Uber Eats. I walk in and the hispanic lady behind the counter tells me to go away because they just opened. Which I understand. I said sure. As i sit down she attempts to say something else. But I couldn’t understand what the heck she was saying. Not her fault her speech isn’t the best, my Spanish is not top tier either. I completely understand her situation. As i get my order she tells me orders cant come in at nine. And says she will tell my “boss” that I’m coming in too early very rudely. Not only that but she continued to roll her eyes when i was trying to speak to her and grunting. I attempted to tell her i don’t make the orders. The customers do so. I simply click a button and head to the address given by the restaurant. News for management. Make it not possible for customers to place orders before you guys open. Im not the customer. She was angry because you guys took the order and threatened me after i gave you guys business by making the delivery. She doesn’t deserve any type of punishment, but she needs to understand her situation better. Thanks

The store is ok, the lady Monica all the time is very rude, I don't understand why she still working there with that bad and rude attitude, we prefer go to subway close to HEB, also she is rude and disrespect with others workers in the same store.

I understand it’s a subway and more than likely I won’t get a 5 star customer service...however I prefer driving to the one next to H-E-B for a smile at least
