I stopped in at this Wendy's today on August 22,21 My experience was good.
I ordered a 4 for 4.
I like their Jr bacon from time to time.
The employee who took my order was patient and greeted me very kindly. Upon driving to the Wendy's I noticed that the area outside was very clean. The employee who gave me my order once I got to the window to pay to receive my order he was very nice and he greeted me with a warm smile. So yes, I wouldn't mind going back to this location. Everything that I ordered the way that I ordered it came out just like I ordered. I was very very happy with my order today.

The Indian male at the front; however, was incredibly nice. I assume he may have been the manager, he carried himself nicely and I appreciate that.

Manager Mike is probably the worst manager I have ever encountered. Hearing the way he speaks to his employees was absolutely disgusting. We dropped by for a quick 2 drinks for me and my son. While in drive thru with no cars before or behind us, my son was talking to the woman in the window about how excited he was for a movie to come out. My son has special needs and often too friendly and talkative. The woman was so kind and nice to him until her jerk of a manager walks up and starts berating her about drive thru times. There was NO ONE else in line, she talked for literally a few seconds, not even a minute. He then ordered her to tell us to move forward to wait on our 2 drinks. This man was absolutely appalling. I feel sorry for his workers!
To the woman in the window, thank you for making my son’s day. You deserve to be treated better. Your personality and compassion is better suited elsewhere. Sending love to you.

Food was as expected, mediocre fast food. Normally, I don't do reviews. But this... I felt like people should know.
A customer parked in the handicap ramp. Not in the HC Spot, the ramp. Not only that, I saw a car with a HC plate drive up behind that car and drive around, I'm guessing because they couldn't park in the HC Spot... So I told the drive thru attendant, a nice lady, taking my order what was going on. Someone else, not the lady taking my order, some 'man' chimed in and said verbatim: "Bruh, we can't control where customers park"
Firstly, I'm not your "bruh". And second, if you're not going to look out for your customers, I'm no longer your customer. That was the last time I will ever go to this restaurant.

When you’re a large fast food chain restaurant then what separates you from all the others??? Your service…. Unfortunately, at this location I was actually told that it was going to be a while before someone could take my order because of being short staffed. There was 2 customers inside including me and I counted the cars in the drive thru and there was 3. If a team of 3 people can’t serve 5 customers then I don’t even know what to say to that… Why were the dine in customers sent away? And not the cars… if you had time to talk to me then why couldn’t you just take my order? These were the questions I had and was left upset about so ultimately decided to give my money to their better competitor Whataburger. There service was great and honestly the food is better there anyways.

Ordered online today lunch time. Came to pick up at time of estimated order completion. One dining room door locked but the side door by drive thru was open- Came inside & manager(Mike) was EXTREMELY rude and condescending to me and his employees. Told me dining room closed and I need go thru drive which had long line. Told him picking up order- he then rudely ordered me to sit and wait. Oder was incorrect as well...Truly offended to the point of loosing my appetite.

The person taking our order through the drive through early this afternoon was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND IGNORANT. He had NO costumer service skills and was very impatient while taking our order. He did not offer a receipt, nor did he greet us at all at the pickup window. On top of all this, we paid $23 for COLD fries and chicken sandwiches. Our pineapple mango drinks looked and tasted watered down. Stay away from this Wendy's location. This is my second unpleasant experience here and I thought it best to do a review.

I typically love to visit Wendy’s for the great food they provide but this location has been gradually declining in their quality across the board. When you order food, they never provide you with a receipt. I ordered the #2 Baconator with a Medium Sweet tea. The tea taste as though it was mixed with some Coca Cola. The fries did not seem fresh and not hot at all. The burger was not bad.
Be advised the prices are way incorrect to the display board. This meal was over $13.00 while the large is marked $10.69

I never eat at Wendy's, and this location is the exact reason why. The food was subpar, at best, and cold, though we were the only ones there at 11:30 and Wendy's claims to not make your food until you order. The drink machines were still in a low power state, so after five minutes of waiting form them to "wake up," we were finally able to get warm Dr. Pepper. (I guess that balanced out the cold food?) There was a large unmarked puddle of water halfway under the table that didn't appear to be dripping from the ceiling, but who knows. The employees were quite wrapped up in their cell phones, so I guess that explains why this location has so many problems. If you read this before you visit, do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY.

My husband went through the drive through and ordered for us for dinner...we were both too tired to cook.... for me he ordered Single combo with mustard lettuce and onion only and extra lettuce... brought it home it has NO lettuce and also has pickles. What a waste of money...and a waste of time to call and complain. NOT AGAIN

I guess you can't really set high expectations, it is only fast food. However, decent customer service shouldn't be a lot to ask for. We hit the drive through this evening. Experienced heavier then normal wait times. Shane was working the food window. He handed us our drinks and let us know he didn't know which one was coke, or which one was tea. (BTW Shane, one is brown and no bubbles, one is black with bubbles.. tilt the cup and BOOM..... Not rocket science buddy). Never offered a straw, we stared at our drinks for approx another 5 minutes as we watched Shane gabbing on his cell phone the entire time. The manager finally gave us our order. We had to ask for straws. My passenger asked Shane how hard is it to do his job while on the phone. Shane's reply was.. "not that hard actually." Apparently it must be fries were cold, but least we finally got a straw....
