The employees at this location are rude. I walked in and saw two employees at two registers. One on the left I went to and waited.. meanwhile another extremely rude woman walked in behind me and went to the other register. Both employee's saw me walk in first. After the woman ordered her food.
Excellent food, fresh and tasty! The staff is always very friendly and try really hard. My favorites are the Schlotzsky's Deluxe Original (extra meat) and their Chicken Pecan Salad. I could literally eat here every single day!

Very consistent quality, extremely nice employees. At times they seem to busy to answer the phone, so don't be surprised if you can't get through to a person. But the food is good and the location is clean and in a good part of town.
Sandwich was incorrect and when I called to speak to the manager I was told manager not there and “I have no idea “ when manager would be there!!! Customer service obviously not a priority.
