Review Taco Cabana - Cypress

We actually stopped coming to this location for a while because the service and quality of food had gone down so much but tonight they redeemed themselves with excellent service and food! I was so impressed that I had to go let the manager know how amazing they were doing now, her name is Maria and you can tell she runs a great crew and the atmosphere was clean and friendly! If you have not been to this Taco Cabana in the last month because of previous poor service, go give them a try again their new manager & crew has really done well to get everything back in great shape!

We waited 40 minutes after ordering 4 tacos. The food was cold, the taco shells were stale, and there wasn’t more than a tablespoon of food on the inside of the tacos. I’ve grown up eating Taco Cabana for the last 30 years. This is disappointing and angering. What a waste of $20! Store #20276 in Cypress, TX.

Manager is sitting outside smoking while there is cars in drive-through and no one‘s taking orders For somebody that is a business owner that is unprofessional

No customers at 5:00 pm. No salsa bar anymore. No more table service carry your own meal. Tortillas brought out after we were completely finished. We took them home. This place is only a shadow of what it used to be.

The food that they serve here is undeniably the worst Taco Cabana ever! I ordered the Cabana sampler. It came with rice, beans and an over microwaved enchilada that was hard as a rock. That's it! No taco, tortillas, sauce on the enchilada and no guacamole. Just pathetic! Laziness at its finest. Bulldoze this place!

I would like to give them negative star if Google allow me. The sign reads that the store closes at 10pm, but we went there at 9pm and everything was cleaned up. No salsa bar, no customer service. The guy who was taking order don't know what was he doing. Can't even process the credit card properly. No manners at all. Ridiculous experience at this location. You must change the staff ASAP if you want the business running.

The food was OK. It's not like I remember from 30 years ago. We were treated very rudely by one of the employees. She barked orders loudly at us and other customers that walked in to order food and then stomped over to the door to lock it because the dining room was closed. No sign was on the door to indicate the dining room was closed. I will say that the employee who took our order was very nice but seemed overworked and tired. Everyone has long, frustrating days but rude IS never acceptable. Another customer said to me as we left that they go to this restaurant and never know how they will be treated. I will pray for this store.
