Review Sugareto - Cypress

I gave 3 stars cause the lady was kind. I had the keto desserts, thats it so I can’t comment on the non keto things. For keto desserts and the price they charge it could be a lot better tasting. I had the cheesecake brownie and the blueberry cake slice. The brownie was very granie like chewing on sand lol don’t know how to put it. Blueberry cake was ok. Definitely not worth the price. I don’t mind paying for good food but when you pay 7 or more for a small little dessert and then you taste it’s and it’s meh that’s how I felt. It’s hard to make keto desserts taste good but it’s possible. Just wasn’t the best. Just my opinion.

The cake decoration was stunning! She did as I requested and more. I would recommend this place. I will be using her again for any party needs I have. Thank you again for making my daughters 18th the best! She LOVED it!!

They have KETO options! I have tried almost all their ketogenic foods and haven't been disappointed. I just really wished they had macros available. I would buy more if I knew the nutrition info. They said they are still working on this. They also have a Groupon right now for 10% cash back so don't forget to use it and save even more! I am in love with the keto creme brulee ($2.49). You can't even tell that it is sugar free (sweetened with erythritol). The topping is crunchy, there is a perfect amount of sweetness, and you can even see specks of real vanilla in it. The keto cream cheese brownie is $3.99 and made with almond flour. You get a big piece. It was almost the size of my whole hand. It tastes more like a cheesecake than a brownie, so it is less chocolatey/cakey. Keto bacon veggie quiche ($2.99) was very fluffy, moist, and custard-like. There was no crust. Keto superfood bread ($14.99) is about a 9-10 inch loaf. It is made with chia seed, almond flour, psyllium husk, hemp seed, egg whites, etc.The inside is purple which can happen when you bake with psyllium husk. The taste and texture is like a regular seeded bread. It's soft and easy to slice. Keto cream cheese pound cake is $2.99. You get a big, thick slice. The texture is gritty, but it tasted great. I believe it is erythritol that gives it that gritty texture. The owner is a very sweet lady and also does keto herself. These keto goods are also probably gluten free, diabetic friendly, and paleo. I would give 5 stars if macros were available.

I love Sugar Ave . I visit it almost every other week to pick my family’s favorites . We love their cakes ❤️especially the red velvet cake .I also like their creme brûlée . Just the other day I had gyro & philly cheese steak sandwiches that are really so yummy & filling and that’s not all my family just tried their chicken fransicca sandwich and it’s really tasty & moist , that’s really a must try item on the menu . Besides all this their donuts , muffins and not to forget Nitro coffee is just awesome . I usually get it on the go !!! I really recommend sugar ave , the owner is friendly & welcoming and they serve all items in a very clean & hygienic way ! I can also upload some photos ✅

Place is misleading. I'm a diabetic and I'm constantly looking for KETO or sugar free deserts and / or food . I was definetly disappointed when I first walked in. I saw a small refrigerator which held all their sugar free deserts which was a small amount of variety stuff. They had a big showcase behind the glass window which held donuts WHICH WERE NOT SUGAR FREE with nothing in eye view to let you know they were regular donuts. They had few varieties of cake , kalaloch that were KETO free . I spent quiet a bit of money to try the stuff only to find it all DISAPPOINTED. And on top of that everything in there is expensive . NOT GOING BACK

Sugar Avenue is amazing! Fun and tasty specialty donuts, great kolaches and have a great keto dessert selection. Staff and owners are friendly, they do great custom orders too.

This place offers regular sweets and treats as well as keto options. They have keto cheesecake, brownies, tarimisu (?), strawberry shortcake, cookies...I have tried them all. They are ALL good! Yes, the keto options are a bit spendy but that is to be expected. The ingredients cost a fortune! Do yourself a favor and stop by! You will be hooked!
