Review Domino's Pizza - Cypress

Went late last night after midnight, one dude working... He was awesome. Made the pizza so delicious, greeted as I came in, and also got me at the register. One guy!! He was awesome, yo!!!

I HAVE NEVER order from Dominoes and had 1/2 made effort pizzas/pasta until I move and order from this location. Free pizzas doesn’t make up for the fact that this place can NOT get it right. You are better off making the pizza yourself. Little to no sauce, they skimp you on the cheese. Don’t order extra cheese because you won’t get it. Today took the cake. My pizzas were brick cold and my thin crust had literally no sauce but filled with toppings. Before this, I had a pasta pan with literally a 1/2 cup of pasta and toppings (enough to feed a toddler) I had to call back for another one. Their response is that they measure everything. I had pasta bakes plenty of times and it was an adequate enough. I had to call one time and ask the manager for a REAL pizza (and she delivered on that) but why do I have to call for a REAL pizza. I have had so many free pizzas from them that I’m tired. I don’t want it anymore because it still come back terrible. Will not order from them again.

It's 11 pm there open for a hour. Wouldn't answer a call and shut online ordering. I understand it's 11, but you don't close for a hour. I was gunna pick it up and Im 5 mins away. Which mean they could have made it and had me a pizza before 11:30. I work 17 hours today. And would have enjoyed a pizza. But I guess closing early is worth more then people's business. I understand no one likes working late. But it's disrespectful to close a hour early. Then work till close. Will not order from here again.

Driver didn't follow contactless delivery request. Attempted to take pizza. When requested to leave as requested he placed on the apartment complex stair railing where it slipped off upon approaching. When I contacted the store Elizabeth the self claimed assistant manager, made excuses, became combative and defensive. She hung up in my face when I advised her I didn't appreciate her response. I will be lodging a complaint with corporate.

Extremely quick delivery from time of order. The thin crust was perfectly crunchy and the extra pepperoni was ample. A great pizza!

Overall experience with this dominos is pretty good but I have had several issues with quality over the years ordering from them. Once I ordered cinnamon twist that was completely bare (just bread not cinnamon and sugar). Today I ordered a medium thin crust with just ham and jalapeño. Barely any jalapeño on this pizza. I give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s starting to become a consistent issue of inconsistency.

Never get it right. I give them a chance every several months. Hoping they will eventually get consistent with a good pizza. This time my pan pizza had little to no sauce on it. After requesting a new pizza with sauce on it, I was told you will get the same exact pizza with very little sauce on it. If I wanted pepperoni cheese bread, I would have gone to Little Cesar's! Shame on you Dominoes pizza. They refunded me the money and I requested they not send me another pizza. Maybe corporate can help this location. Oh, I almost forgot. The driver gave me the wrong order, and had to come back to bring me the horrible pizza I ordered. Shameful.

The pizza I ordered was made exactly was made exactly like I ordered. However, the delivery guy held my pizza hostage until he knew whether I was leaving a tip! He called my phone wanting to know if I was adding a tip to the order I prepaid for. He even tried to tell me I had to sign paperwork to receive the pizza (the website states clearly it is CONTACTLESS DELIVERY). I told him the order was contactless and the instructions were to leave it in the chair by the door, his tip was in the chair. He disconnected the call, took the pizza out of his car and literally tossed it on the table on the porch, the top box sliding off. He obviously wanted to be mad more than he wanted his tip!

A HUGE shout out to Matthew (didn't catch his last name)! He was working all by himself yesterday, and was totally swamped. Answering phones, making pizzas, checking people out. He was so nice, and even though he was running around the store and was probably so overwhelmed, he was polite and smiling!

You guys always do an awesome job. I have a child with allergies and you always call to confirm my order.
