An hour and twenty minutes is ridiculous for a sit down restaurant much less a drive through!!!!! NEVER COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN!!!!
Great meal today. Sydney was so welcoming and cheerful, one of the friendliest Whataburger/fast food employees I’ve come across in awhile. Alex was working the floor and took great care of my kids and me - he even took the time to tie my son’s shoe.
You can come in to skip the line wrapped around outside but it doesn’t make a difference. You still wait til the drive thru line is gone. Makes no sense. I had a lady come in 5 minutes after me and I got one burger and she got her food before me. Makes no sense. Waited 20 minutes for the burger. Had
Twice within a week the service was to long for a couple of cars worth the food being semi warm. Highly disappointed.
The food was ok. The hamburger meat was slightly tough, for some reason. Too much salt on the fries, but at least they were nice and warm. The Dr pepper was not very sweet. I'm not sure why.
Ordered Junior cheeseburger no pickles. Eat there. Waited for 15 minutes for my food. Pushed for lemonade only water came out. When I got my burger it was full of jalapeno peppers. And it was all cold.
You only get 3 stars cause the food is good. 5 star for food. 1 star or less for service. Why can't t yall be like Chick fil a in service. Waiting 40 minutes for a burger is ridiculous. And it's at every place. I'm gonna be done with yall after these last few times I've been here. Actually 1 star o
Apparently they felt I didn’t even deserve a whole hamburger patty and served me some partially covering scraps on my bun with the condiments all on one side.
