Clean, mostly quiet, good service but sometimes you'll stand there and no one wants to ring anyone up. The drive-thru working will stare at you while your standing there, doesn't say "hi welcome be right there" or anything just stares. It's a common thing here at this KFC. Weird. Other than that, food always fresh though! And the main manager is amazing!

Been in line now for 15 minutes they have 20 people in back doing whatever and no cashier up front to take orders. Ugh

Looks like, at least this KFC, is picking their game. Service was good, menu at the restaurant was impressive looking, colorful and lots of choices, the food was really good. Only thing, their mash potatoes are instant, not fresh, look translucent, don't look that appetizing, not bad though, and taste only ok. Everything else was great.

Had trouble using the app. Credit card was charged but didn't get confirmation email saying order was ready until the next day! It took three attempts to order. Arrived and waited (with nobody else in line indoors) for a fall five minutes before anyone offered to help. Food was amazing though.

First time in a long time that they actually got my order right. Hadn't gone there in ages because it's always aggravating. New look in the dining room, upgrade in the food presentation and a pleasant person at the register - maybe things are changing.

Open late, fast service. I got there 45 minutes before closing, so glad they were still open. Service was very fast, and the meal was good. More expensive than it used to be, but inflation is hitting everywhere.
