Pizza Hut

I need to say a HUGE thank you to the manager Nathan at the State Road location. He went way above and beyond to rectify a HUGE mistake pizza hut made on my order and was so kind and understanding about the whole situation. THIS is how not just a 'manager' should act but how humanity should be in general. Thank you for your help and generosity tonight and to the crew that helped make it possible. We appreciate you.

I e had so many bad experiences with Pizza Hut in munroe falls and Hudson when I moved recently I ordered from this location and it was spot on! Pizza was cooked perfectly, toppings evenly distributed. The wings were actually sauced unlike other locations. Definitely worth getting pizza here from now on.

Pretty good service and good food too! The food was incredibly fresh and tasted great. The staff here was also very helpful and patient to answer questions we had regarding our online order which was really appreciated. The service is always really fast teach time we eat here. I would recommend stopping by....

Order was delivered to wrong address, by the time neighbor figured out it was for me, and I walked to her house to retrieve it, it was cold. Also, didn't realize I had to add tomato sauce when ordering pizza - it was just cheese and sausage and onion on pizza dough. And the Parmigian garlic dipping sauce for the stuffed crust was missing- and I paid extra for that

Ordered pizza New Year's Eve. Hadn't ordered from Pizza Hut in over 6 years due to quality but we had a hankering for a pan. Expected delays but somehow the order went to another city and county nearby. They called an HOUR AFTER the order was placed to ask where we were located. Called back again and said our order was undeliverable due to location with no idea what happened. Then 20 minutes later some poor driver called trying to find us with no information that the order had been cancelled as undeliverable. Fortunately the refund was listed in my bank this morning.

On 12/22/21 I ordered and was charged for a pizza that was never delivered. On 12/23/21 I ordered a pizza online to be set up for delivery at 8:15pm, and received a text at 7:18pm that the pizza was out for delivery. I was not home at the time, so the pizza sat outside for almost an hour. The pizza was also made incorrectly and was burnt. I asked for thin crust pizza, light cheese with a side of sauce. Instead, I got a burnt pizza with normal cheese and no side of sauce. But the kicker was it was rock hard cold since it sat outside in 35 degree weather for almost an hour. I truly am not usually one to complain, but this has been 2 highly disappointing experiences back to back.
