Starbucks

I called this location because we had sent a fellow employee to pick up an order I was sending through the Starbucks app. My app was not working that day and the employee was already there without my being able to place the order. The girl who answered was very kind, she said she would give us the order for free since my problem did sound like it was app related. I was not expecting that. Wonderful employees!

Drive through was to the street and there was a small line inside, despite being busy 90% of the baristas were standing around talking, laughing and joking about who should be going on break next. Waited 20 minutes for the 2nd 1/2 of my order. Saw my cup with my order picked up and put back down multiple times to them grabbing another drink to make instead. Ordered a shaken oak milk espresso, didn’t think that was a complicated order since it’s in the menu…. Only reason my 2nd drink was made at 20 minutes was because I had to ask them for it after seeing multiple orders that walked in after me being served.

Love this location! Of course their drinks (and snacks) are good, I mean; it's Starbucks after all. What really makes this location special are their batistas. They are always kind and pleasant, I've called the general manager to tell her how awesome her managers and staff are. Really, it is the best Starbucks and it's only 2 minutes from my house! It gets busy but they work quick. It's such a pleasure going here 😀💯💯💯 To they naysayers, get a life. This location rocks!
