I'll go out of my way to eat here at least a few times a year. The lemon pepper salmon is always amazing, and that's what I come for. Today, I was in the mood for fried fish, so I decided to give that a try. It did not disappoint. It had a nice panko style of breading, which was very slightly greasy underneath. The two thin fish pieces were comically different in size, but honestly, I thought they'd both be around the size of the smaller portion, so I took it as a bonus. The larger one was bigger than my hand with fingers extended. I thought the tartar sauce was quite good. Their fries are pretty good, and if you ask nicely, they might put Cajun seasoning on them, which takes them to a different level. Even their macaroni salad is pretty good, with some nice crunch from the shredded carrots. Maybe a little too heavy on the dressing, if you prefer a drier salad. The only thing I've had here that I didn't care for was the short ribs. They've added an ordering kiosk, which I appreciate, but noted that they include tax for calculating predetermined tip amounts (most places do, but it's not proper). Prices have gone up quite a bit in the last several years, and honestly, it's about at the point where I can't justify eating here anymore.

This is an excellent place. The food is great and service is also great. Nice little place. The chicken curry was a bit spicy for me but delicious still. We ended up ordering extra to take home. Highly recommend.

Well cooked, tasty, less wait time, clean tables, a great less expensive salmon option. Just don't expect a typical restaurant type table service.

A little on the pricier end, but the short rib pate with garlic bread and white rice was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked nice and juicy. Very friendly staff, and very clean dining area as well.

I stopped by Fish’s Wild for lunch today. First time. I had never heard of this restaurant. Fish’s Wild offers both grilled and fried seafood. I ate the Swai, which is a white fish often caught in the waters near Vietnam and I liked the taste. The fish portion was large. The meal comes with two sides – I chose a salad and garlic bread. I really enjoyed the taste of the garlic bread – they serve it so the bread is soft and I found that I prefer that to the typical harder garlic bread served in other restaurants. The Swai fish, as well as others, are served with the customers choice of preparations/seasoning – I chose garlic butter. Customers order and pay for food at the front counter. The counter employee was cordial, welcoming, and helpful. The interior is pleasant though casual. Customers can eat inside, outside, or order pick up. The place is a little hard to locate. It is at the opposite end of the shopping center where Safeway is located. The most direct entrance is to turn onto Forge Way then the first left into the shopping center. Fish’s Wild is immediately on the left. There is plenty of free street level parking, but that parking lot is busy. Warning: the online menu that I found today (May 27, 2022) had prices that are much lower than the actual prices; that is, the price we pay today is dollars above the online menu that I found.

This is the place to eat fish! Had swai fish- tender and succulent served with choice of two sides- I got steamed veg and salad. There is a plethora of choices of seasoning For the fish- I chose garlic butter on the side. I love that I can eat a scrumptious and healthy dinner inexpensively and so quickly! My companion had the same fish with Cajun seasoning. The employees were especially nice too.

Delicious salmon. Fresh crispy salad with Italian dressing. I get fries on the side but don't tell anyone. Clean and modern. Free wifi and a nice place to sit and surf or work. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. It's my favourite place to eat when I'm in town. Can't understand why it isn't busier.
