Taco Bell

I've always had the best experience at this taco bell. Every person I have talked to has been super nice and the food is awesome. I went in for breakfast (3/23) and the lady ( I believe her name was Jenny M ) was the only person working at the time. She was extremely nice and helpful. Even though she was the only person there, she got my order and food out to me quicker than most places with many workers. She was great!!

I did not get what I ordered and payed for! I ordered a SP Taco Supreme (12 tacos) and received a regular order with no tomatoes, sourer cream. I ordered a Diet Pepsi and they gave me a regular Pepsi. I am a diabetic. P.S. I contacted Taco Bell headquarters and got NO reply from them. I tried to "unsubscribe" from future emails, NO response. I still get emails and no resolve with my issue. Very poor customer service!

The young lady working inside was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately my tacos almost tasted like tortillas only. They were super thin and I don't remember ever going to a taco bell in my life where the taco was mostly a tortilla. I would have complained but it was hot and I was working. Culpeper never cease to dissapoint me.

Worst Taco Bell I have been at as far as food goes. Wife ordered a burrito Supreme and got as best I could tell a Chilli Bean Wrap. Also my crunchy tacos were put in the bag upside down so all the insides fell out in the bag. Also my chips&cheese were a half filled bag which was fine cause I only got a half serving of cheese. Also my son needed to be changed but there was no changing table in the restroom. Finally the booths were all messy and dirty. Which if they were shortstaffed like everywhere else then I get it, but they had like 10 people working. Only reason not giving 1 star is the cashier was so friendly and went on and on about how cute my baby is. I have attached picture of cute baby as proof.

6/22 Extremely long wait in drive thru line. Person behind me even began honking and yelling (at no one who could hear him inside) before driving off out of line. Drive thru attendant did recognize the issue and did apologize for the wait. Food was as expected - its fast food tacos/Mexican food people. The food was made as ordered so hadn't been sitting around getting soggy so that was a plus.
