So here's the deal. I love me some Chick-fil-A! However, the last two visits have been very disappointing.
The next to last visit, the fries were no better than fries that had time to cool and were limp and soggy. Moreover, they weren't even salted - which seems to be a new trend for the Culpeper Ch
The line was around the block at 9am on a Monday so we went inside, ordering was quick and the cashier was so friendly. Got a couple breakfast sandwich meals and were on our way, the food was delicious. As we left the drive thru queue was nearly empty, very efficient!
Although the drive-thru lines are long, the employees have an efficient system to move customers through is a reasonable amount of time. The associates are all extremely polite and friendly.
I love Chick-fil-A we all love Chick-fil-A. Eat more chicken. Great experience friendly staff food was delicious and fresh milkshakes were delicious they have very good lemonade. For Breakfast between 6-7:30 in Culpepper, Chick-fil-A wins because they are the only restaurant actually open and ready for breakfast. Many of the other local restaurants have hours posted for 6, but aren't open. Thanks Chick-fil-A!
Ordered 5 fries, but only got 4. Ordered a 12 count nugget, only got an 8 count. Usually get better service too.
We arrived during a rush. The staff handled it well with a smile.
It was a drive thru order and it was all there including napkins, sauce and utensils.
Food was good.. just what you would expect.
This used to be a good place to get good fast food, but recently, the chicken strips have been much smaller, the large fry we order has been filled to the size of the small fry, and the mac&cheese container is about 3/4 full. Plus, the prices have increased twice just in the last few weeks or so.
