The management and staff of Subway in Crystal River were so good to my folks (Mom in her late-80s, Dad in his 90s). The restaurant always was clean, the food fresh and the sandwiches made exactly how each person wanted theirs. It is good to see that this business has grown and opened a drive through. That makes things so much more convenient for its guests, and is especially welcome during the pandemic. Keep up the good work! [Pictured: Dad and me in the “before expansion” restaurant.]

Omg. I was skeptical about ordering through the drive thru thinking maybe they wouldn't make my wrap as good (ive never seen q drive thru subway) . Oh was I wrong. I ordered a Tuna wrap and it was AMAZING. very fresh and FULL of everything I ordered. Thank you guys! Happy holidays

Been here twice the first time I got charged 2.49 for a water, everything was fine minus the bread being a little stale. Came back about a month later and the bread is still slightly stale and they forgot the mustard, olives, spinach and cucumbers. Not sure if I’ll be back. Everything was ordered via kiosk.

I order here regularly online and pick up. I've never had a bad sandwich prepared here. The bread and toppings are fresh and the meat tasty. Order always ready and done right when I get there. Staff are friendly and helpful, always greeted with a smile.

This Subway is the BEST one I have ever been too. We go get our food before we take the boat out,And the staff are great, it's clean,and they make the food the way it should be and don't just slop it on the bread. Love this Subway..

The young lady that composed my sandwich for me was so polite and kind and courteous. Great attitude she just made five sandwiches before me and I don't think they were open 10

Went in to order , there was a lady and her kids waiting and no workers , we waited 8 minutes before someone came out to help from out back, then I waited another 5 minutes to get waited on myself. Not good customer service. And the new sweet onion teriyaki sauce is disgusting. Lost a customer tonight.

Friendly staff and quick delivery of the food. Tyler (?) was very friendly and gave us some local tips as we were travelling from abroad.
You can either eat in the restaurant or outside. There is also a drive-thru for cars.
