Papa's Deli

Love this place. I work right next door and eat here too often. The gryos are piled high with thick cut meat and the pizza puffs are amazing. The owner has been running this store since even my grandpa can remember and nothing has changed since. If your ever looking for a classic deli/sandwich shop this is it. Only issue i have here is the cash only policy but still give it a 5/5

First time trying Papas Deli, and the service was awful. The lady that took our order was complaining about other customers to us, and she was quite rude to us when we were trying to figure out what to eat. She also got very aggravated when my boyfriend didn't want his sub sandwich hot! Then it took almost 20 minutes for our food, when we were the only customers inside. I've had way better Greek food than this! The tuna sandwich was mediocre, and I was not impressed with the gyro sandwich! This is the first and last time I will be eating Papas.

Papa's Deli is off the chain. First you will have the pleasure of meeting the coolest Greek man this side of heaven. He claims he's 91 but he looks like he's 66. Second, I am chicken salad sandwich connoisseur and in the words of Fireman Bill; "let me tell you something!", Papas chicken salad sandwiches are the best. If you want a quiet relaxing place to eat, visit Papa's in Crown Point and tell him David from Chicago sent you.
