Review Cajun Way Restaurant - Crowley

Awesome food and really sweet employees! I’ve eaten a lot of food all over the country and I have to say THEY HAVE PERFECT CAJUN SEASONING on their Boudin which I’ve never eaten but they make it really well! The shrimp was fresh and crispy! I highly recommend! I grew up on the eastcoast beaches so I know great seafood!

Authentic Cajun cuisine at an affordable price. You are always welcomed with friendly and quick service. The fried gizzards are delicious. You cant go wrong with the fried shrimp, catfish, or a po'boy. Everything on the menu is great. We always get an order of boudin to go so we can snack at home. Its a must try if you are passing through and its a constant go to if you are a local.

Really nice quaint place. Very friendly service and the food was alright. Not New Orleans red beans but close enough. The catfish and chicken was great.

I love this place! Right down the street from my Uncle's house and my favorite place to get boudin when I come visit. I wish they shipped, I would order constantly lol. For now I will have to wait for the next visit.

Great deal for the $ but not that wow factor. Shrimp poboy $4.75, not with french bread and those small imported shrimp but still tasty. Shrimp gumbo tasty but seemed watered down very thin. I've spent a lot more for the same menu that wasn't as good as Cajun Way's.

Food is great. Especially love the hushuppies 👍

This is the real deal authentic Cajun food - they had some of the best gumbo and catfish po'boys that I have ever gobbled down. Service was pretty fast and very friendly, but this is a one-of-a-kind place that was clearly built around quality not speed. Highly recommended! Certainly not the healthiest lunch option, but one you won't soon forget or regret!

Very pleased at least so far we just finish trying the seafood platter, chicken an sausage gumbo which was delicious as was the red beans an rice w/sausage. And the staff was sweet.

Great po-boys and onion rings. They understood everything that I said. Great place for inexpensive, local flavor.

Kevin V. From Boston via Louisiana
Run from this place.... They barely understand English and Never get the order right.
EVER.
I was asked to repeat my order 8 times (3 specials, 2 with mashed potato, 1 fries)
What did I get ?
No mashed, and 2 orders of gravy/water....

Delicious, fast, and affordable. I got the sausage Po-Boy and fried okra; both were amazing.

WONDROUS!. The Cajun Way is a destination spot. That's the only way to put it. If you're in Cajun country, looking for Cajun food, this is the place. The crawfish tails are perfect. The boudin is better than perfect. The only place you'll find better gumbo is at my grandmother's house. Go and enjoy.

Best boudin. I absolutely love to find an excuse to go to Crowley so that I can stop at the Cajun Way for some boudin. In my humble opinion, it is the best boudin on the market. The rest of their food is good too, but the boudin is awesome!
