For each of my son's birthday cakes this Fall- I was looking for a cake to match their interests- history and tennis respectively. I sent through some ideas via pictures and purchased the figurines- Susan and her team took it from there and baked the perfect celebratory cakes that were creative, delicious, fun and brought a huge smile to the family celebrations. I like to put positive reviews. Because I think the people in businesses deserve it based on the fact that they're still in business and workin hard to make great food. Susan, however, is on another level of operation. Her dedication to detail. In high quality products, put all other shops. Bakery's restaurants and comparison to shame. . her staff was absolutely outstanding. Customer service was the montra for the entire day. The food exquisite freshes fluffy, wonderful, delicious scrumptious with a side of frigen AMAZBALLS. This place has to be the best bakery in the state! Go there, eat everything.

When my granddaughter announced that she wanted a "unicorn birthday", I knew that I'd have Baked by Susan make the cake. Susan customized the frosting for us, so that the coloring was natural, and our guest with dye sensitivity would be able to enjoy a piece of cake. The resulting unicorn cake was just fabulous, and the birthday girl was delighted with it! There were many requests for the name of the bakery, which we gladly shared.

I had heard great things about this bakery and I decided to order my daughter's 1st birthday cake. Susan was very prompt with answering all of my questions about my vision for the cake. It turned out beautiful and delicious. I will most certainly work with Susan again for future cakes.

I asked Susan for a specific cake design for my father-in-law’s birthday and she NAILED it!! Everyone loved how it looked but was blown away when they tasted it. People expected to get the ordinary cake you take a bite of and leave but instead got a gourmet cake experience-all empty plates.
Susan is amazing to work with, dealt with my last minute changes and really delivered. I love shopping local and supporting small businesses:)

Susan was a delight and made our dreams come true with my bridal shower requests! Since we are having a “Halloween” wedding, she went above and beyond with the design ideas for our spooky color requests—out of season (August) mind you. We ordered a cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it was not only beautiful but delicious! All my guests were talking about how good it was. This will be my first of many future cakes ordered from this bakery! It was a vanilla cake with lemon curd filling and strawberry buttercream 🍓

Thankful to have been referred to Susan and her establishment. I needed a custom cake for my fiancé's 50th birthday. All he wanted was his mom's Coconut Bunny cake. We sent her a picture and the basic details of the cake. It couldn't have been easier to order. Susan was easily accessible via email & phone. She even replied while she was away on vacation. The bunny cake was a hit!! Not only was it absolutely beautiful but it tastes amazing!!! It's been 3 days and we still have left overs. And it hasn't lost flavor or gotten stale. Every bite melts in your mouth!! I cannot say enough. A big boys wish came true! Thank you Susan!

Baked by Susan made the most beautiful, whimsical, delicious cake and wrapped cookies for my baby shower! Susan has a great vision for her clients and created the perfect "Woodland Creature" themed deserts for my shower. She had great suggestions as well to make sure I was getting what I wanted. My baby shower guests thought the deserts were beautiful and were so impressed with how delicious the cake was as well (it was vanilla cake with lemon curd and raspberry filling, and cream cheese frosting). The woodland creature wrapped cookies were delicious and adorable party favors for my guests. I couldn't recommend Baked by Susan more and will absolutely order from her again for any future party/event deserts. Thank you Susan!
