All these reviews are outdated and misleading. I just visited this place and they got my order perfect and breakfast sandwich was delicious.

The smoothies are good. I've tried BLT and Tuna Salad. Good also. In the last year the mood is brightened up considerably and the food comes out pretty fast. There's a big selection on the menu.
Check the hours because they seem to close at random times. I've been there during the listed hours and they've been closed. Google, update that. Today it says they're open till 4:30 but I just called and they say they're closing at 4.
They still don't itemize your receipt, so if you need to be reimbursed for business or by your colleagues it's honor system.
Nicest people and great bagels. Much better than previous bagel shop. Always lots of staff to keep things moving.
