Get my order with my burgers plain. Two burgers and a the spicy chicken sandwich. Never asked for it that way and also not my fries cold. Would of been nice to enjoy a cheat meal while working outside on bridges for y’all to have a nice ride home. Hope whoever did this never gets a raised or another job. Also hope you got spot hole and have a flat on your way home.

Did I have to give my McDonald's to Stars I go to this McDonalds everyday in order the same thing large caramel frappe extra caramel and the top and on the bottom. Almost every time to get it right and they do a really good job at posted a picture before of a fabulous frappe. But this time this is what I got even after asking for more caramel the manager said no. What do you buy the caramel that's what I want to know...

I'm giving 1 star which should be no stars!
My boyfriend and I went there and he ordered 2 sausage burrito meals which should of been 4 bueritos. They only gave us two burritos. It's obvious the number 7 comes with 2. We get home and he calls to verify they told him yes. He had receipts and went back up there to get his other number seven and they told him he's going to have to pay for it which he had his receipt and they didn't give us the second number seven I will never be going back to this McDonald's

When I worked at McDonald's, I took pride in knowing the customer was receiving a hot meal. Fresh fries, a fresh beef pattie or two and fresh buns. Oh and plus, fresh ingredients! Now it seems as though they hire these I don't care folk and when you get your food, it shows. My fries were salty and taste like they have been sitting out in the open for some time, the burger was sloppy and didn't come with it the toppings as shown on picture and the drink was okay. I give this place 3.5 for effort.

The person taking money needs to be a little faster. They constantly hold up the line. And don't expect to order online for curbside and get it any sooner. Maybe 25 or 30 mins from the time you say you are onsite.

Wish we had another McDonald’s in Crosby. Service is always horrible. They are so slow and take forever 2 answer the mic. Drive Thru always becomes a 30 min wait.

The fries are almost always good... But I had no idea this McDonald's stopped serving side salad or grilled chicken.

Went to get 2 big mac's 3 burgers and a 10 piece nugget and three cokes but had to wait 15-20 minutes to get 1 coke that wasn't given at the window and they were joking around in the back on the intercom and in the back while they messed up several other people's orders and very slow service with little to no people in the front taking others orders or problems with said orders
