Sonic Drive-in

They are horrible the worst oder tackers ever on the night crew they mess up my order everytime no tator tots no large drinks no onion on my hotdogs chili looking like its been sitting awhile terrible no more 4 me .ok went to sonic again tonight still messed the order up again they can't comprehend on orders I'm just made up my mind after tonight no more crockett sonic ever I don't who owns it really never been a sonic fan anyway

April 3, 2022 Still horrible service. I'm done with Crockett Sonic. Ordered 2 Large Big Reds and a small Oreo Blizzard with whipped cream. After everyone around me getting their orders, asked if mine got lost. Told it was coming out now. 10 minutes later I get my drinks and a mini chocolate shake. Clearly they lost my order. This place has gotten worse not better. They can keep the $8 I paid for the wrong order. Maybe they can put it towards hiring competent staff. 2021 Got there at 7:45 and ordered using the app. Waited. They turned the lights out. Finally we asked where our order was, we were told they cancelled all the orders and a refund will show up in a couple of days. At that point it was 8:00 pm. Not much for customer service.

They were awesome no attitude was giving they were respectful an got my order out on time without any mistakes made and the order I placed was fresh and hot; so I appreciate y'all's service and just want to let the Sonic team staff and employees know to keep up the good work y'all are doing a very good job

So in the last 2 months, -_-. Ist time, ordered chicken strips, got tots. Toast n gravy no chicken. Waited 18 mins, pushed button again "be right there" another 10 flagged down a car hop, manager brings me a corn dog n free limeade coin🙄 still no dang chicken. I gave up n just left. Tonight... oh my goodness... tots mushy, fries cold, 2 burgers wrong, no napkins at all, and I got jipped $5. Car hop goes to get my change(she didn't have it on her🤔) sends out another car hop to tell me I short changed her... umm no maam. I over paid ,,,, learn ya math. Ended up leaving without my change. Never again
