Fresh flavorful ingredients, super fast service, and friendly staff. It’s a regular place for us because it’s the best for breakfast by far.
We decided to try this restaurant for my husband’s first Father’s Day breakfast and we were not disappointed. The food was great! Service was quick and friendly despite being busy. We will definitely be returning!
Amazing food as always. Courteous staff and friendly atmosphere. We have eaten at one in Sarasota Florida on a recent trip. We will definitely recommend to everyone.
Excellent food, service was good!! The only compliant was someone left a dirty coffee mug on the cleaned table, it was resolved immediately!!
Love this place for breakfast. Great food, atmosphere, and service.

I love First Watch. Even as busy as it was on Mothers Day everyone was friendly and took the time to explain any questions about the menu. This is our go to stop when we have doctors apt. In St Louis. Food has always been top notch and service the same.
Love this place. Always good food and great service. I am from out of town but always go here with the kids!
This place has some good high-quality and healthy options for breakfast and lunch. We came here for a quick lunch, we were seated in less than a minute and exactly what we were looking for. Service was fast, efficient and professional. I had the Superfood Kale salad and the Green Kale Tonic (will...
Teamwork. Great Staff that works as a team! Almost always crowed but this location is GREAT at customer service. Everyone at this location seems HAPPY to be employed! Tables turn over quickly because everything is organized.
Best breakfast in st louis!!. Great blueberry pancakes and fresh semi healthy food. This place rocks only downfall is its only open until 2pm
First time visiting this location and I must say Our waitress Diamond was A-MA-ZING!! She was very friendly, sweet, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. My food was delicious but my Husband didn’t enjoy his, he thought the grits were instant and the turkey sausages tasted like chicken sausage, he wasn’t a fan but the ambience was great.

Dined in this morning, really good food. Great service! Gravy and biscuits went over good. The Chickichanga is really tasty! Coffee was ok. They had Stevia or sugar with good creamers!
Strongly recommend getting there around 8. When we left about 930 there was quite a line waiting.

We went to this establishment on a Saturday around noon. The food was excellent and tasty and the atmosphere was cozy. If you decide to visit on a weekend please save your place in line by going to their website. It was extremely busy but totally worth it.
The service staff were exceptional, even providing us with a table on the entrance level to accommodate our handicapped person. The food was very good but not as hot as desired. The large number of dishes ordered may have affected this. The overall experience was memorable and we stayed well beyond the meal with our social conversation.
The service was incredible. Staff looked happy to be there and interacted well with everyone. Very organized and clean.
Food was delicious and beautifully presented with appropriate wait time and fresh ingredients.
Coffee was incredible
Will absolutely revisit and recommend this place to others.
Farmhouse Hash, The Works Omelette, Shrimp and Grits and Morning Meditation. A restaurant you can get all this variety and it’s consistently excellent. The Works:
My usual go-to. Crispy potatoes, fluffy eggs that wrap up sausage, ham, bacon and cheese (and tomatoes) and a lot grain toast. Always amazing.
Shrimp & Grits:
Surprisingly good for a “brunch” place. This might be seasonal and I ate it in June. Excellent cheddars grits and plenty of shrimp. Good sauce and small andouille sausage. Didn’t eat the bread.
Morning Meditation:
I’d have never thought the flavors in it would go together but it’s amazing. Sometimes there’s too much beet juice so I ask for light.
Breakfast cafe with an extensive menu, good taste, and fresh ingredients. The dining area and patio seating area are pleasant too. Quite popular, so expect a crowd! You'd be well advised to eat early or late. No problem with parking btw.
We went there for brunch ordered coffee , veggies sandwiches and Belgian Waffles.
All the food and service was good. As the kitchen was backed up, It took long for them to get the sandwich for which they didn’t charge so service is slow but very good as they were transparent and apologized for the delay.
Absolutely excellent!!! The most pleasant atmosphere and staff! Our waitress was Kelly and she was fabulous! She knew the menu like the back of her hand and helped us order the most delicious brunch!! Highly recommend and will be going back regularly!! The million dollar bacon should be worth a million dollars! So sweet and spicy. I’ve never had wheat toast so good before! And the potatoes were seasoned perfectly! Can’t wait to go back!! Lots of people were talking about the iced coffee, definitely will try next time.
My daughter took me and my mom for our birthdays. There was a 30 minute wait at the time we went but we didn't mind. Once we got seated, we ordered and got our food in like 15 minutes. I must say, the potatoes were so good. I ordered the Trifecta and all of my food was good. My daughter got a soup and sandwich combo with Million dollar bacon on the side and it was excellent. I must say, we had a good time. Will be returning.
