Worst customer service. I called at 9pm to order a small pizza for pick up (very simple request). The store closed at 10pm, so I figured it wouldn’t be an issue. The girl on the phone was very rude, however, I gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking I was just interpreting her tone of voice the wrong way. When I got to the store at 9:30pm, I am assuming it was the same girl who rang me out. Again, VERY rude! I felt like a huge inconvenience and did not feel that the way she acted was at all appropriate. I have always worked in customer service, so I know that the way you treat your customers is one of the most important parts of running your business successfully. Pizza was good, but again, absolutely terrible customer service.

Received excellent service when I came stopped in for a quick lunch. Food was very well made and brought out to me in a timely manner. The chicken Madeira salad and mixed greens pizza are definitely my personal favorites on the menu. I’d recommend piezonis to anyone who’s looking for great service and food!

I have been a regular here for years. I always get a grilled chicken caesar salad, and it is consistently a good experience. The chicken is fresh, the lettuce is crisp, and they are very liberal with the shaved parmesan cheese. The manager and other employees are great people. I can't recommend this place enough.

First, I made the mistake of ordering through GRUBHUB, but this was Piezonis mistake.(something always gets messed up) I ordered $60 worth of food from the menu available online. My order went through and I was charged. I then received an email stating Piezonis has cancelled your order, you will get your refund in 5-10 business days. I was left with no order and now out $60. I contacted Grubhub and they said Piezonis did not have the food that we ordered. Why would your restaurant not update your menu then?! Why would you advertise having these dinner options? Close your restaurant or update your menu. This isn’t the time where people can just have their money put on hold and not get their meals. Very poor customer service. We want to support you, don’t make it so hard.

I was told about an amazing steak tip salad so I tried it for the 1st time. It was incredible. Unfortunately my 2nd experience was not as great. I called the restaurant in Cranston tonight at 8:30pm and Alyssa (not sure if spelled correctly) told me that the grill was down amd she wasn't taking delivery orders either. I was actually parked in front of the restaurant at the time I was making the call. I found it odd that 30 mins before the restaurant closed the grill was down. I might understand if it was 15 mins prior to closing, however, hours of operation say they closed at 9pm. I asked her name amd she told me. I closed the conversation with I was going to let her boss know of what's going on and then I placed an order with the Piezoni's in Smithfield and drove to get my order. The food is great Sydney M. (employee @ Smithfield location) was great. She was polite and respectful and the grill was on, pretty much what you should expect at all locations. I'm just so sick of lousy customer service these days and I am going to start shedding light both good and bad experiences. The 1 star rating is not for the food or all the other hard working staff members at Piezoni's. It's for the lousy service I received from Alyssa in Cranston.

Why can't I call in at 8:32 and order a salad with chicken in it? The store closes at 9pm and you are willing to turn down an order that included a salad and 2 pizzas.This is bad business practice. Makes me wonder if the owner knows his employees are shutting the grill off at 8:30. If this is store policy, it's bad policy.

Really good delivery food when you just don't feel like cooking. Ordered an appetizer of cheesy bread ( size of a small pizza from other places) really good, antipasto salad ( love how they chop all the veggies up for you ), chicken tender dinner ( not a fan of the chicken), steak bomb grinder ( my son loved it), and ultimate pizza ( a little heavy on the sauce for our liking but next time we will ask for light sauce). Delivery time was supposed to be 40 mins they arrived in about 25-30 mins, very friendly. We will definitely be ordering again!
