Review Hotel Crandon Restaurant & Bar - Crandon

We enjoy eating out. Last night we arrived in this magnificent restaurant which friends told us about. We had a lovely evening there with fine cooking and a professional team and a great cook. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we shall no doubt go again very soon. Highly recommended.

First Visit on recommendation of Tricia at Tricia's Treasures. Cool historic location in Forest County seat. Historic bar. We had the salad bar - it was well stocked, fresh, and tasty - we enjoyed our visit. Felt like a hometown cafe/ diner.

Clean and friendly. Mark the owner takes very good care of his customers. Busy on a Friday afternoon for lunch. But in a good way. Check out their menu for great dishes.

We are in town for the weekend and were looking to grab a quick takeout pizza. After a google search, it appeared that this place was well regarded and should meet our needs. We picked up the pizza and brought it back to our little lake cabin. This was honestly the worst pizza I have ordered in recent memory. All toppings were canned, the sauce tasted like Prego, the crust looked pre-bought, and it was undercooked. All this and we were charged a whopping $23 for a large. I can’t speak to any of the other food here, but I would avoid the pizza — it isn’t worth it. In fact, it was pretty awful.

Their breakfast isn't that good but their lunch food is delicious. I highly recommend the Mojos- deep fried thick cut potatoes with a delicious garlic mayo.

Mark is a great owner! Madison is a great bartender! Food is very good, with excellent fish frys.

Food was very good. I had ribs, my husband had fish. Salad bar is very good too. Our server, Holly, was the best! We will be back!

Food has been pretty good last 3 times. People are very nice. Fall time you got to try the polish plate....
