Burger King

My last Burger King visit was a bust. In Sante Fe and terrible. So I was skeptical in going back to one at all. They can't all be bad though, right? There was a very friendly staff. The order was timely and fresh. I really would recommend this BK. It had leadership, cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintained facility, good food, and quickly served with a special order burger.

Went there and got my usual 10 cheese burgers 5 with no ketchup. They got the order right, which is good. But it would be better if they separated them from one another either by marking them or two bags or stacking them on top of one another with a paper in between or something. Had to unwrap quite a few burgers last time just to figure out which ones were mine and which ones were my wife's.

I had the unfortunate chance to visit your establishment. Allow me to briefly explain: The lady in the drive thru needs to refrain from her meth usage before her shift. She was grinding her teeth and appeared to be gnawing thru an imaginary 2 x 4. The chicken nuggets tasted like rotten horse carcass. Overall bad!!

I'm super annoyed that my kids were late for school over a veggie burger. I know breakfast is not the ideal time to order a veggie burger, but still 25 minutes "pulled up" after the 5 minutes in line I waited seems a little excessive. I had to go inside and look annoyed before someone checked my bag that was setting there on the counter and noticed that they hadn't even made the veggie burger yet. "What veggie burger?" Anyways, I should have left earlier and in the end all is well.

I am only giving it one star because I wanted the review to be shown. We go here at least twice a month. We went again tonight. We order the same thing every time for our family of five. And THE PAST FOUR TIMES THEY HAVE MADE OUR ORDER WRONG. We take it back to the register and ask them to have them fix it. They took our food back but came back with it wrong AGAIN. My husband requested we go for dinner tonight. I didn't want to go. We order our food and it is delivered to us wrong once again. Not to mention every table was sticky and there was food under every table. And it's like that all the time. My shoes stuck to the floor. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN.

I would love to give BK 5 Stars because their food tastes great but taste alone can't make the cut. Burger King is way overpriced for one thing but the most obnoxioux thing about them, particularly this one, is that they can never get your order correct no matter how many times you make certain they have it all. Having said that, you can rest assured they will not forget to charge you for exactly what you ordered even though you will NEVER get what you order. The last time we went to BK, my wife actually stopped in to grab burgers for everyone working on the remodel at home. When she got here, the burgers were not made as they were ordered, the onion rings/fries were stale(ish) and two of the double meat burgers ordered and paid for were missing. My wife called them and wound up on hold with the manager who was very short and simply said; "You need to come show me the receipt" then gave her an issue getting the two burgers we were shorted. At this point I am less than pleased with the Coweta BK and do not know if we'll ever give them another chance. We've given them a dozen opportunities thus far and their only success task has been being consistently getting every order wrong.

This place was very well-run not very busy but very well run dining room was clean bathrooms were clean tables were clean food was served hot and fresh in a timely manner there was no dust in the window seals or around the counters this is a place where that's managers and management are taking pride in running this business very impressed great job
