Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

Food was good hot and edible but customer service sucked. Bought a soda for my friend I was waiting on to meet me there was told that I had to buy something else or I would have to leave. Then after my friend arrived and we were eating we were being rushed out of there by several different employees well before closing time! Absolutely rude woman felt like she practically pushed us out the door! Me and my friend both agreed we will never eat there again at that location!!! We were scanning receipts for cash back while we were eating and the woman that practically pushed us out the door pretty much accused us of being panhandlers ( asking people for money) which was ridiculous because we never once even talk to another customer the whole entire time we were there we sat in the corner by ourselves away from everyone the only people we talked to was to order our food and get our drinks! She treated us like we were lower than dirt and I do not appreciate being treated like that and do not like being accused of doing something I'm not doing I want to talk to corporate ASAP they need to contact me

I'm blown away the owner of the Lees in latonia continues to employ the workers working there now and have been working there. The attitudes are awful. The one who took our orders at the front inside literally came up with sunglasses on slow as all get out and acting like she was aggravated we walked in. Probably hungover. The food looked barely cooked. I couldn't even eat it. Was going to ask to get a new plate but I didn't want to aggravate or inconvenience the workers. The owner needs to their stuff together and look at all the bad reviews under their establishments review page.

After I paid ,they left the drive thru window for 20 minutes! If I wasn't exhausted and poring rain I would of parked and ask for a refund,I'm not sure what was going on, I usually NEVER complain,but the was not cool . My food was like warm driving home 2 minutes away so they definitely weren't cooking it🙄🤷🏻‍♀️ indefinitely won't be back..

Very inconsistent with food quality. Restaurant is frequently dirty, with the tea and/or drink machine leaking fairly large puddles. The biscuits were dark brown, hard, dry and inedible. The mac and cheese had hard noodles mixed in with way over cooked ones. The chicken tenders were semi edible. Half of them were too dry, the rest were actually good. The green beans were a mix of old and new. Just appeared to have been food left under a warmer too long. Manager states that their policy was to remove anything unsold after 4 hours under the warmer. FOUR hours?? She was very kind and offered to replace the meal. We opted to pass and find dinner elsewhere.

Review based on service because I've never been able to even place an order here- I've tried to place a drive through order here twice and both times sat at the speaker for 5 and 15 minutes waiting for service and absolutely no one took my order. This time, there were other customers waiting to walk in to eat and I saw them get back in their vehicle and leave also. Yes, there was every indication they were open, all hours signs on the doors and windows, Google maps hours, and all lights on inside. This time when I drove by the window I didn't see a soul inside in the order area at all. One incident like this I would think they were closed for short staff or an emergency but twice?...not sure what's going on here
