Very disappointing when you spend over $6 for a coffee with add ins and you get a cup only half full. I rechecked my order and I did not request any extra foam. It not just this Starbucks but it has been happening more often recently. Not sure if they are just trying to cut cost or are in to big of a hurry to fix the drinks correctly

I haven't had a Starbucks coffee in a long time. Stopped at this unknown drive-thru location, this cashier was so friendly and so nice. My order was done correctly. This location was clean and quick. I was the 3rd car in line but didn't wait long. Really impressed with my sever's hospitality.

We recently stopped at your Covina location (Badillo/Azusa) for some treats and one of your male employees/partner was absolutely amazing-GREATcustomer service 100%, sadly I didn't get his name but totally deserves to be recognized.

Good coffee but their sandwiches are pland. I bought the Turkey pesto sandwich and it was lacking. I'll stick to their coffees and Lemon Loaf for now on.

Pretty decent Starbucks it's a unique setup tho there is no inside seating area only an outside one. And you have to walk up to a window to order or go thru the drive thru. Pretty speedy service tho just tricky to get to sometimes.

I hate to give this location only 2 stars but there is nothing worse than having to wait in line for over 20 minutes just to grab a drink because people are allowed to add their orders at the window. Not only is this totally inconsiderate as though people do not have places to go like work but this is longer than ordering a full meal at any given fast food place. Even at food places people are asked to park to the side and wait for their orders instead of inconveniencing the other paying customers
