Jack In The Box

I got a bacon ultimate.. I got just a literal 2 beef patty with just cheese with A LOT of SALT literally poured on it... it was unedible. Ordered after hours unfortunately.. so its the time kiddo workers at the restaurant goof around with no management. I was upset.. meal was unpleasant & disgusting i only had 2 bites of salty burger.. I made my son take a bite to make sure because i was in disbelief & he immediately spit it out.. I had to throw whole salted disgusting burger in trash. Me & my family usually get meals from here since it's in the neighborhood for years! They mess up every now and then like forget certain things we go back & correct them but its rarely.. but who pours salt all over someone's meal? Who ever did it needs a hug & a mental evaluation

I have been ordering using the Jack's mobile app to order ahead from this location for over a year. We probably order from her 2-4 times a month. They get our order right 99% of the time. (I can only think of 2 times in the past year that I had to go back for minor things.) Love this location and the staff has always been great.

My cousin and I decided to go inside and order. They didnt look that busy but I guess they were. They took forever to get my order, the lady came up to me and asked what I ordered and I told her I havent even ordered yet. So they sent this newish guy, I told him what I wanted and I wanted just ketchup on my cheeseburger because I'm just not the hugest fan of mayo and mustard. I told him twice even after getting my recipe and he nodded his head like he got it. I got my order after a while and they didnt even make it right. They put everything on it even tho I reminded him that it was only ketchup. They messed up my cousins order a bit too. That's bad service guys. Listen to your customers.

Normally good service but I went there tonight and they closed early and didn't BOTHER to put any signs saying they're closed. There were still people inside. I knocked and they just rudely ignored me and other customers who ordered on their app!! So very rude service today. Like if you need to close fine but put a sign or something. Irresponsible and rude.
