Where to begin... took my family here after shopping in the Walmart seeing that it was conveniently in the Walmart. Big mistake. The employees didn’t seem bothered or cared my order was literally sitting on the counter. I ordered hot coffee it was cold. Food also was cold, the service here is below adequate and it shows on the people’s faces that work here. If you are someone that loves breakfast for dinner they do not have the deluxe breakfast here. I give this zero stars if I could.

ok, so i have been to this McDonalds location various times. and they NEVER had a problem with substituting a tomatoe slice and lettuce instead of the meat patty. in fact, ANY of the McDonalds' ive been to... they never had a problem with this. with that being said, today i stopped at this location inside the Walmart in Covina and an employee there by the name of Erika Diaz was very rude when i placed my order telling me that it is the first and last time i will get to substitute the meat patty for a tomatoe slice and lettuce instead. her tone of voice for a lack of a better word was very bitchy. and i was not rude whatsoever. and never had a problem over the years with anyone there over my vegetarian order. as a matter of fact they are making more money off of me i'm paying the same price. you'd think they'd save more keeping the meat patty and just giving me ONE slice of tomatoe and lettuce instead. point being she was very very rude and it was unnecessary. not too sure if she was the manager or not. IF she was that is just sad. in conclusion, it was very poor customer service. specially when i wasn't being difficult in any way shape or form. will not be eating here any longer.

I am currently in the drive thru waiting for my food.theee was plenty of things that went wrong when we visited this McDonald's 1. We originally ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and they gave us a mango. The guy then proceeded to say mumble "Oh sh**" which is perfectly fine on your own time but not when your serving customers 2. When we stopped to pay at the window before we added a strawberry milkshake. The worker was not notified about this extra order which shows bad communication 3. My children then started to drink their Orange Fanta that came with their happy meals. As soon as they took a sip they both noticed the irregular flavor of the Fanta (they always get this drink with their meal) I then proceeded to taste it and it tasted watered down and had no carbonation. We then had to order another drink.
