Dunkin'

Don’t go to this Dunkin. They have nothing! A complete waste of time and money. My son and I stopped here and they had nothing to serve. Almost all out of ice cream, no cappuccino blast. No napkins, spoons, not even Splenda for coffee. The cashier was completely clueless on how to prepare anything. They don’t care about the customers. The attitude from them made my son feel completely awkward. He almost cried. Worst Dunkin store in the area. Go look for a Starbucks or just stop by a grocery store and get your own coffee and donuts.

1, Waiting 25 minutes for 4 coffees is not okay, 2, the girls on the inside didn’t even bother to take my order when clearly I am standing at the front counter, 3, then messed it up, I asked for extra cream and sugar All my coffees where watered down and tasted disgusting. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION Absolutely Disrespectful and disgusting Will be contacting corporate

This is thee worst dunkin donuts ever. I mean from the customer service to the employees to the drinks. They aren't friendly, they rush you, don't take the time to get your order right and disrespectful. One manager and one employee there are super nice. He assisted me with my issue about 2 other employees. Everyone else are trash. They need to fire and conduct interviews or host employee trainings on how to be a better employee.

First I’ve been here 4 times. First time”we dnt accept card, we dnt have any smoothies”, second time “bought smoothie completely disgusting and tasted awful, 3rd time latte didn’t come covered tasted bad, 4th and lastly got the pumpkin spice which I get all the time from other DD there’s did not taste the same, definitely ingredients missing. Also always low on donuts and this is a Dunkin’ Donuts explain that? This place just needs to shut down they never have anything and customer service is rude.

I use to go here every day me and my 3 daughters... we went inside one and seen flies all over the donuts we told the worker and he waved it away... then my daughter found a dead bug in her donuts we told he gave me more, how nasty never wanted more I wanted my money back... every time I came there they got my order wrong the rush you to order.. if I can give this place 0 I would... I travel 10 minutes to a dunkin donuts!!
