My boyfriend picked up dinner for us a couple weeks ago. Got jalapeño poppers. Asked specifically for berry sauce at the window they said it was at the bottom of the bag. Got home. No sauce. Went back about a week later because I didn’t eat the poppers because no sauce and I was craving them. They remembered the sauce this time but forgot his sand which. what?!? Ridiculous

Got my food super fast but the condiment station had ketchup arbys sauce splattered everywhere every table was filthy all garbage were overflowing I would hate to see what the back where they cooked looked like made me almost not able to eat my food I will not ever be back and recommend people goto a different location and this was at 230 in the afternoon so it's not like they had a horrible lunch rush and not have time to clean it I have never seen anything like this mybwhole life

Have had really bad luck here. They are often out of beef and closed early, which is understandable these days, however communication is lacking. I had a negative experience with using the online order option to order food for 4 people, then when arriving at the store 5 minutes later they were closed. They never followed up on my messages requesting a refund and a few weeks later I received an apology in the mail with two combo meal coupons. My card was charged for the food I never received, and not reimbursed other than the combo meal coupons.
